Gonna check out that recipe for veggie chorizos... I love the Morningstar simu-sausage (not a vegan, just prefer healthier alternatives most of the time), and there's another brand out there that's sold in a tube, like patties. That's a great base to start with. If I like, I'll even see about rolling my own sausage...

I want to be a beero, if only it didn't taste so nastio to me. I have given beer a fair shake as I have worked myself through case after case in earlier years. I almost liked a bottle of home brew I had once....

I do like the bubbly wines tho... esp the champagne ;D ;D
