I just got my first ever order from NoMoreRack (30 tank tops for $30) and am extremely disappointed. They run super small and are totally see through. Has anyone else had this experience? I'm wondering if it's just these tanks or if most of their stuff is low quality. I guess when something seems too good to be true, it usually is.
I have gotten several things from there but they are all electronics: a USB wall/car charger set for my iphone ($6), an UNU DX phone case that extends battery life ($33) and a Canon Rebel T3, and all were in great condition. Bummer about the tanks though, I actually thought about ordering them and/or the multi-pack of bike shorts for roo.
I wish I hadn't missed the bike shorts deal... although I'm thinking 4 pairs of the nude color will work for everything I bring!! Please post if other deals like that come up!!
My only experience with cowgirl boots is that they feel heavy and hard...but that was back in the day when I was actually a cowgirl. The fashion ones might be better. They look super cute. I'm not a fan of boots that hit low or mid calf so I am bringing my hunter rain boots.
I have bigger calves so tall boots aren't the best option for me..
I hear you on the calves, I wear taller (calf-height) boots to festivals, I think they're great, can slog through mud, people can step on you and it doesn't hurt. I feel powerful tromping through centeroo in boots and I didn't feel much hotter than in other types of shoes.
Hey ladies, I was wondering if any of you have experience waxing your legs at home? I have grown a bit of fuzz since it's been cold until like, this week up in MA, so I was thinking I might just wax it. I was wondering if I should use a hard wax or a strip wax? And if anyone knows a good brand, I'd appreciate it!

No leg experience to share, but make sure you do a small test first. I developed an allergic reaction to wax randomly one day when I had my lip and eyebrows done!

Thanks for the tip! I have to be careful what kind of wax I use on my face, too! I find that hard wax is less irritating for me. Legs just seem like a whole different ball game, so I thought I'd hop on here and see if you ladies have some pointers for me. You guys are always so helpful!

I get my legs waxed at a salon because it turned out a disaster when I tried to do it on my own. If you do try it yourself check out Sally's and ask them to help you choose a gentle wax that uses olive oil and/or beeswax as opposed to chemical waxes. The one I used at home and that my salon uses is GiGi brand that you apply with an applicator stick then rip off. Make sure you get something to put on your legs after like a witch hazel/calendula spray (California baby @target is great) or an aloe gel.

Anyone know where I might find a good and cheap multi-pack of bike shorts/shapewear to wear underneath dresses and protect from chafing, preferably nude color??? Been looking all over!

I know Wal Mart and Target both have black and white but you might also be able to find nude.
I'm going to have to invest into that product, specially because it's so cheap. Thanks for the share!
If you plan on using this at roo--be warned, you will be reapplying it often. . . it'll melt right off of you in the heat.
Body Glide stays on pretty well. My last Roo I left all of my bike shorts at home, but was fine with just applying some BG whenever I went back to camp.

Watchin' a stretch of road, miles of light explode. Driftin' off a thing I'd never done before. Watchin' a crowd roll in. Out go the lights it begins. A feelin' in my bones I've never felt before...
Ladies...LADIES! I just headed over to ASOS.com and saw that they're having an Up To 50% off sale on a huge selection. They've got all different sizes too!

Good idea, I got paid today so NEXT STOP, SALLYS! I think (I hope) it'll be okay at home, I'm going to drink a bottle of wine and make my boyfriend do it.

Man, I've been lurking on this thread for a while, everything is so helpful! I'm bonnaroo shopping with an amazon gift card right now...having difficulty deciding whether to go the shorts with a bandeau/bikini top/crop top route (my original plan) or dresses in some of the styles I've seen here!

Last time I went I found that dresses were more comfy for me than shorts/tops. But I'm not skinny enough to pull off bearing my midriff so that could still be a nice option.

I personally have issues with shorts at Bonnaroo... You get sweaty, they bunch up between your legs, they rub, it's just not a good feeling. I only wear dresses and am always comfortable.

I concur! dresses are totally the way to go- easy, comfy, done.
I get away with wearing shorts for the first day. You're in and out of the car loading and unloading stuff. By Friday morning I'm in a dress and will be wearing nothing but dresses. Definitely the best roo style to go with.
