Any of you more well-endowed ladies have experience/success with bandeau bra tops? I've been browsing the web for Roo clothes and a lot of things have low cut backs, which is fine for Roo since I'll be in a bikini, but I can't really justify buying something I'll only be able to wear at Roo... wondering if a bandeau would be a good solution.

I wear a strapless bra and a bandeau. Kind of defeats the purpose of wearing a bandeau, but I like the look so I go with it, lol.

I wear a strapless bra and a bandeau.
That's what I was going to suggest. Bandeaus don't exactly provide much support, so wearing a strapless underneath should help.

Personally, I can't wear strapless bras or bandeaus. Not enough support. But if you find one that fits, I think it would be a great solution.

Ditto, I've tried lots of brands and even the expensive ones just won't hold everything up
I usually can't wear strapless due to the heft of my girls but there are some really boss strapless bras at Target. They have straps that you can either wear or not but I always go strapless when I wear them. I can't think of the brand but they have a red and white tag. Some of the Gillian O'Malley strapless/seamless bras work well too.
The best way I've gotten strapless bras to work is to buy a band size smaller and a cup size larger than my norm. Of course, then it's so tight that I can't wear all day, but hey, everything stays where it's supposed to.
Question about rain boots/wellies: Has anyone ever found a pair of wellies that's actually comfortable to wear and walk around in for a period of time? I have some but they aren't exactly comfy on the feet.

I have the Target ones and they are definitely NOT comfy - I had blisters from wearing them for a few hours and they bruised the back of my calves

Those are the ones I have too. I've never worn them for an extended length of time, so that's why I am worried. I'm going to take some insoles to see if those help at all.
Also, I thought this was pretty standard, but I guess not. If you need rain boots, bring tall socks. The tops of those suckers will rub on your wet legs.

Good advice! Tall and thick for the added cushion. And powder your tootsies first. That should help prevent wet sweaty feet and blisters. It took me a few wears before I got used to the weight of my boots. After that, I loved them. I wear them year round now. I'd suggest wearing them around your house, wear them out and about on a rainy day, to get used to them. Then hope that we don't need them at B'roo!
Oh yes, I already have several pair of tall socks ready to go! I've never had a need for my rain boots at Roo; if it's muddy, I just let my feet/shoes get muddy and go with it. But at Glastonbury, it will be a whole new ballgame. Rain boots are MUST, and I'm trying to find the most comfortable way possible.

good luck! I really like tall merino wool socks with mine, and moleskin is magic if you do get blisters. I would love to go to Glastonbury- I bet you will have so much fun you won't even notice if your boots are uncomfortable
I never even thought about wearing a socks with the rain boots, thanks for thr tip. I just picked up a pair from Charming Charlie's clearanced out for $10.50. I've never brought boots with me to any festival but after being stuck in a downpour at Lolla last year they'll be accompanying me to all my fests.

I got my wellies from Land's End. They're lined with a soft, thin furry material and they're very comfortable. They'd be too hot for Roo but I'd recommend em for Glastonbury!
I don't do rain boots. I do what JHo mentioned- just deal with it. I understand why people do use boots, but unless it's going to rain for days (like Mountain Jam '12), I'd rather just deal with mud. Especially when it's hot and muggy.
I bought a few dresses two weeks ago, but didn't have time to post about them here because I was rush packing for Wanee.
I picked up one dress (technically a beach cover up) at Sam's Club. I can't find it on their page, so here is a pic of me at Wanee. It's super soft, goes to the knee (will cover up bike shorts..) and has extra support and elasticity at the top. I also think that it is more flattering than this picture appears. The tutu pushes the dress up and it bunched.
I also swung by Target and bought a good number of dresses. Some are for work, but I also bought a few fest dresses. Of cooourse, I am having trouble finding them on the website.
A flowery dress (wearing a regular bra because it was cold in the AM and I was all layered up...):
And a really cute short black dress with bright pink hearts (I'm thinking late night). I especially love the way that it looked on me, and I bought it in 2 more styles. I can only find one of the three online which is not the one meant for Roo:
I bought this dress and LOVE it, but the fake boob cup things rise too high on my larger chest, so I need to return it:
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
bonzai, I have that flowery dress from target too! So comfy and works perfectly with a good strapless bra. I also bought it in black and that coral-y color.

bonzai that tutu is wicked awesome! I'm so jealous you started your festival season already.
Hurry up Roo!!!
Also, I bring my rain boots to Roo every year! I'm too superstitious not to! I have only worn them once (Sunday last year) and had to change after the Beach Boys. I wore them with my neon yellow knee socks (mayonaise I think you have the same pair! I was looking at pics from brunch last year)and my denim shorts. To be honest, I kind of enjoyed rocking the rain boots and shorts. Felt like I was back in the country!
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go on an overnight drunk, and in 10 days I'm going to set out to find the shark that ate my friend and destroy it. Anyone who wants to tag along is more than welcome.
Does anyone know where I can find any cute beandeau tops that STAY ON? I know I'm not exactly big on top, but just about every bandeau top I find continues to ride down. I love them though, they're comfortable, and definitely PERFECT for roo, as long as I'm not flashing everyone as I go along.
Adorn me in feathers from dead birds;;
I feel summer creeping in and I'm tired of this town again;;
You are surrounding all my surroundings, twisting the kaleidoscope behind both of my eyes.
