So I was going to take you girls advice and bring more dresses than shorts, but now I am having a new concern...shoes! I was originally bringing sandals and converse, but converse don't go with dresses!
converse look fine with dresses/skirts! i personally do not care for sandals at the farm, people stepping on my toes makes me a grumpy concert goer. i also find that for me, wearing a different pair every day (or at least putting a day or two in between) really helps my feet.

Ooohhh!!! Aaaaannnndddd they're in colors.. that is SO tempting to match some of the shower dresses. I usually stay away from my shorter dresses at fests that I wear shorts because black shorts kinda the ruin the look with a pastel dress (for example).
I wonder if it's worth it. How cheap is too cheap?

I wear thongs all day every day. Bike shorts, dresses, jeans.. to work, to work out, to hang out, to sleep. I'd say wear whatever you're comfortable with!

Well, I just ordered them, so I can let you know when they come in how good of a quality they are. Also keep in mind they are one-size fits all. I am smaller in size so this won't be a problem for me. Make sure you read the reviews when deciding to buy!! As far as the shipping goes, I bought 5 pairs, as I plan on wearing dresses the entire time and want to have plenty to change into, so $5 shipping wasn't too bad considering how quickly the $10 ones add up.

Are any of the bigger girls having trouble finding good bike shorts to wear under dresses? I've been looking online and I'm not really finding anything...help!
I would like to find some shorts that are a good bit longer than short shorts, but not quite as long as bermuda shorts, but don't look like granny shorts. Also affordable would be nice. Tall order, I guess, but I figured if anyone could help it would be the gals if the GFT.
My short shorts tend to ride up since my thighs have gotten a bit larger. They look fine on me, until I start walking. I don't want to walk around pulling my shorts out of my crotch every few steps.
Also, what are your feelings on capris? Is it too hot for them?

Also Target's Mossimo brand has some nice looking shorts. I purchased some a couple years ago, the styling is a little different now, but it could be worth checking out in store.

Yep it's too hot for capris (in my mind anyway)! I don't wear shorts or any kind of pants due to the stickiness of it..... Really, it's too hot to wear anything, but I do for the sanity of those around me Don't wear shorts, wear dresses! I don't even understand why people wear shorts under dresses......
I stick to very light dresses or a skirt and swimming suite top. I get too hot wearing anything else. Roo is the only festival I go to that I feel comfortable walking around like that. I feel like no one is judging me and its just too damn hot to care.
Bike shorts for all sizes and price ranges. Look in the women's athletic apparel section. I like that they have some C9 by Champion shorts that are long enough to prevent chafing but short enough to not show under shorter dresses. I also got some knee length yoga/athletic pants that I'll totally just wear with a long flowy tank and some Chucks.
I think someone mentioned it before (perhaps last year?) but check out Gabriel Bros if you have one in your area. Lots of sun dresses in fun prints for pretty cheap! Saw lots of cute plus size ones today, but I already have way too many so I abstained. Did get some 'Roo snacks and a little folding step stool with handles so I can maybe see something other than tall people's backs
I'm not sure if there are any neon fans around but Meijer had a huge selection of junior clothing (tanks, shorts, etc) in ridiculously bright colors. I think I saw some bicycle shorts too (perfect for under dresses, tutus, etc).

I bought 2 pairs of Tek Gear Shapewear moisture wicking shorts from Kohls. I'm I size 20/22 and the XL is perfect.
Has anyone ever tried these glowing hair extensions? I want to try them but I've got short hair, I'm wondering how they would look if I cut them, and if they would stick straight out.

Someone posted a few months ago about them. I don't remember exactly what was said, and I don't have time now to look, but they loved them. One color (I think green) wasn't as bright as the others. Sorry that isn't much help! haha
