hey jack, I'll be camping in vip but I will make sure to mark one of those cases of coffee I have with your name on it. I'll have plenty of powdered creamer and bags of sugar to share as well. Everytime I get a "box of joe" it comes with 500 packets of sugar so There will be more than enough to go around. Let me know where I can deposit your coffee, I'll be arriving around 4AM thursday morning

I'll be bringing a wide variety of supplies - generally extra stuff. I'll watch the thread to see what may be needed for those flying in.
I'll be staying in RV VIP, but will be willing to help out in any way that I can. I'll have 120 power with me, so I can help people charge things if needed, plus I'll have a good sized fan to help move around the hot humid air. Not in an RV, but pulling a utility trailer with our camping stuff. I'll make sure that I stock up on my typical OTC medicines that I take camping. I'll pick up extra water in Manchester vicinity to have if people need some tasty H2O.
I'll be brewing coffee in the morning. I'll bring some of my Tanzanian instant coffee. Packs a big punch of caffeine. I'll see what other bulk/volume stuff I can find that would be beneficial.
Melrose, thank you so much for your generosity, but it's really not necessary. I don't really drink that much coffee, I won't be bringing a coffee maker, and I imagine it would be something of a nightmare trying to find you in a sea of 80,000 people. I really appreciate the offer, though!
Some of us have been talking about bringing extra supplies for those that can't bring a lot of stuff (flying in, greyhounding, hitching) so they won't be left short.
Some of you may remember this from last year and also remember that the lack of room in Tent Only and conflicting arrival times made setting up this site impossible. Still, there has been interest expressed in giving this another try.
As such, I was thinking that this year this thread could be a place for such people to request any needed staples that we who are driving in could easily bring. People can then PM each other and coordinate a meeting at Roo. There will be no Helping Hands Area at Roo. Just this thread to help facilitate connections.
Once a person in need arrives at Roo they can call their donor, find where they are camping and pick up their stuff (or arrange a central meeting place and time.). This should decentralize the process and avoid the confusion of last year.
Let's spread the LOVE!
Rules: Nothing illegal (obviously); Nothing expensive (Don't abused the good will) Remember, no one know where they will be camping. Be aware you may need to walk some distance to pick up donations. Once a donor/recipient have connected, please post and let me know so I can strike through the request and donation to help limit unnecessary and potentially bothersome PM's.

I'd really encourage people who are looking for help getting things they need to put the word out. I'll bring what I can since I drive and have a truck.
Your on the list dozer. I'm a little surprise at the lack of requests, especially with the big response we had last year. I've PM'ed people on the bus threads and flying in threads. But now is the time people start planning in detail and we get a lot of new people so we'll just wait and see.
troo, I'll be bringing extra batteries of all sizes, and a cell phone charger that hooks up to any phone and runs off, you got it, batteries. Let's hear it for Best Buy employee discount!
There's a bunch of us bussing down from Winnipeg and if someone had an extra shade tent we could use for the weekend, we would be extremely grateful. If it comes down to it, we'll just buy one, but I thought I'd check here to see if we could borrow one first. Obviously we would return it at the end of the weekend.

i was digging out some stuff today and come across a whole ziplock bag full of plastic tent stakes so if anyone runs out or forgetsh theirs or needs a few extrat to tie some stuff down i have them...
Statyk - If you do make it, PM people on the list of donors and make arrangements to meet and pick up your stuff. Most stuff will be free but some of the more expensive items may be at cost.

Troo -- You can't scratch our name off the list. We're bringing a cooler (filled, of course) and chairs to some friends from LA. They left it with us last year.
