Some of us have been talking about bringing extra supplies for those that can't bring a lot of stuff (flying in, greyhounding, hitching) so they won't be left short.
Some of you may remember this from last year and also remember that the lack of room in Tent Only and conflicting arrival times made setting up this site impossible. Still, there has been interest expressed in giving this another try.
As such, I was thinking that this year this thread could be a place for such people to request any needed staples that we who are driving in could easily bring. People can then PM each other and coordinate a meeting at Roo. There will be no Helping Hands Area at Roo. Just this thread to help facilitate connections.
Once a person in need arrives at Roo they can call their donor, find where they are camping and pick up their stuff (or arrange a central meeting place and time.). This should decentralize the process and avoid the confusion of last year.
Let's spread the LOVE!
Rules: Nothing illegal (obviously); Nothing expensive (Don't abused the good will) Remember, no one know where they will be camping. Be aware you may need to walk some distance to pick up donations. Once a donor/recipient have connected, please post and let me know so I can strike through the request and donation to help limit unnecessary and potentially bothersome PM's.

ooo I'm going to be coming via Greyhound, and it would be greatly appreciated if someone could hook me up with a couple gallon jugs of water (anywhere between 2-4 would be great) .

I'll definitely bring 4 gallons of extra water also.

I'll bring extra water, extra snacks [trailmix, cereal bars, poptarts, and so forth], and if people request some stuff that I can't think of right now, I'll try to bring extra anything to help another 'rooer out.
Does anyone know what happened to the red & white cooler I brought to brunch last year? It would make a great re-gift donation if an inforooer picked it up.

I remember seeing one that resembled it at TheDruid's camp when I was collecting her flag. Having looked inside, I can assure you that you Don't want it back.
I brought stuff for people camped @ the Infooroo site two years ago and still have not met them. But, I have to say that the act of brining stuff for others has helped me have a great time at roo. So, I encourage people to ask because it is fun to help!
I'm willing to bring two cases of water and two cases of beer. (water is complimentary and beer is @ cost).

i was one of those lucky people! thank you sososososososo much! you stopped by camp before i had even arrived, so my water was there waiting for me. it was very kind of you, and even more appreciated! i really dunno what i would've done without it.
We have tasty water in High Springs FL. It was kind of strange how the packaged water I purchased I purchased in the store had actually been bottled from a local spring. Hey, it was all meant to be. Anyway, I'm waiting to hear who wants me to bring them stuff!
