There is one somewhere around here but I am too lazy to go look for it
Your puppy looks tuckered out
Yea, it was his first really long hike. I was really surprised he managed to get in to that fold up chair, I can hardly get in to those with out folding myself in them!
Indigo- Sketch is beautiful!! I'm glad to hear he is doing better.
Here's Alex stretching I bottle fed him, so as you can imagine he's my baby!

That is an awesome picture snoochio.
I wish I had some decent pics of my pets to share. My dog is a black lab / border collie mix, so she absorbs light and doesn't photograph well. I'm sick of my cats, so I don't take pictures of them.
My girl Josie and her adopted little sister Abbey(on the left). Josie was 5 and Abbey was 4. We lost Abbey a year later a day before her 5th birthday to cancer. Developed a tumor the size of a big bowling ball in her thigh and had to have a "quality of life" decision made for her within 13 weeks of discovery. She was true love in motion
Thanks Dogstar. I always wanted to photoshop out the background and add shmeary stars as if she was travelling through space at light speed ! ;D

I haven't even gotten to the kitty pics yet ! We have a special little black kitty named Obsidian who is in control of household affairs. She was found on the road days after we got Josie as a 6 week old Dane. Basically, 140 pound Josie thinks she's a cat, and 5 pound(wet) Obsidian has the presence of a Dane.
We also have a speckled cat like Ole's whose name is Stinky and she is 14. She came to us while we were watching the Leonid meteor showers so long ago. And I had a boy kitty-Maxwell who showed Stinky the ropes for most of her life.
That's a beautiful picture! Do you know where in the NC mountains you were? (What city was closest?)
That one was climbing Mount Pisgah. I believe it is about 45 minutes from Asheville. I've got good friends there and spend alot of time there when I can. We also hike over in Weaverville ? in TN, not too far fom you, I suppose ?
I've also been all through the Smokies with Josie, from Cumberland Plateau through Cherokee NC ending in Asheville in time for Bele Chere ! Great region !
why thank you Meg. I have two of them, one grey one black. Most people that seem them say "Dear God, what happened to your cats?" And Bella is soooo cute

I recently bought an agave plant, if that counts. It's a really tough desert one so I'm hoping it won't die, plus it's the plant that tequila is distilled from so it's a party waiting to happen.
