Here are my two dudes - Baggy and Tang. Here's Tang as a young buck thinking he can step to his older brother;
Awesome! Apparently I've become a total cat dude. Oh well, certainly not my most embarrassing condition. Plus I can cut people and use that as an excuse. As an aside, apparently my work cpu is incapable of letting me type outside a quote on this forum....fun.
haha at the bottom of the reply box, you can click BBCode instead of Preview to move your cursor beneath the quote.

Here they are as grown up best buddies (when they aren't eating each other alive)
Holy crap!! Your Orange with his eyes closed looks JUST like our 13 yr old Lancelot!
Cap - we must talk Rag Dogs later (after Roo for you). Queen Lucy is gorgeous. Can not believe she was a rescue! Can not believe I paid $ for EBBY NO!!! : )
My love for birding conflicts with my love for fenines <_ 'cat dogs'. Beautiful colors!! I feel so bad for a local person i do not know. There are signs up all over town for a lost 'parrot'. Pictures are so pretty. Wish the parrot would find our little sanctuary and yet know in my heart it would fly right into the outdoor enclosure that our fenines occupy during the day.

^^^Neko stole some crackers out of my wife's hand but then didn't know what to do with them after that. She just sat there with the crackers in her mouth.
Also, I'm so sorry to hear about you loss, @hljott. Losing a pet is like losing a family member, especially when you've had one from such a tiny little pup like that. Hugs <3
is he/she a puppy or just a small dog? cute as hell either way.
Dave is a senior, but his face looks a lot like a puppy sometimes. When we got him in September 2015, all they could say was that he was probably somewhere between 10 and 15, but he seems so much older than our other senior dog, Yoko, who will be 12 this June (we've had her since she was a puppy). When we adopted Dave, the guy at the SPCA, was like, "I don't want to say hospice, but . . . ." so we weren't sure if we would even get to have a year with him, but it's been 18 months now, and he's trucking along. He's got pretty bad arthritis, but otherwise seems to be pretty healthy!
Here's Yoko:
She was my husband's 30th birthday present, but she loves me best.
And we also have Omar. We aren't entirely sure how old he is but we think he's around 7.
You get a pass on being an asshole when you are as cute as that!
Yeah I miss my Wyatt, but I told thejeremy , next puppy we get will be a Boston again. We have shelters here that only deal with Bostons and bulldogs so we are working through them. We have a few years still, I can't have three dogs at a time or I will die. Thank you allergies.
Yeah, we tell Tyger all the time that it is a good thing that he is cute and small. He has bitten thejeremy a few times, once actually broke skin and left a scar under his eye. If he was a big dog he would have been put down already, since he has bitten three people, but only broke skin on thejeremy . When I adopted him we didn't realize the issues he had. It's now obvious that he had to fight to eat and that he was not treated well. He gets scared and sometimes he lashes out. Mostly to men only (except Kyle), he has never really tried to bite me, just get mad and shows teeth. Jeremy likes to tease him which really doesn't help the matter.
That's rough. We had another dog that died at the end of 2013, and she pops up in my timehop sometimes, and it always makes me sad.

Aw, poor little guy! I'm glad he had you guys to take care of him now!
Dave was pretty food aggressive when we first brought him home. He's better about it now, and they all three eat at the same time in the same room, but we still have to keep watch over them to make sure he doesn't get any ideas. He's bitten Josh a couple of times for trying to take his food bowl away before he was ready (as in, he had not yet licked the empty bowl 700 or so times to make sure he got every last bit), but he's missing his front teeth, so his bites are pretty ineffective. Those missing teeth also mean his tongue hangs out to varying degrees most of the time:
One more. For his one year anniversary with us, I made dog friendly cupcakes for all three dogs. The other two ate them too fast for pictures, but it took Dave a little bit. I think he enjoyed them, though:

Tyger doesn't have food aggression anymore. I broke him of that, thankfully. Now if I could only break him from growling/snapping when he feels threatened, without resorting to a muzzle.
BTW, so adorbs. OMG. The birthday one is the best. LOL

wallace is a back sleeper as well. he's so lazy, he'll end up in these positions that look so uncomfortable because that's just where he falls, but he'll just lay there for hours.

Dogs are so silly. Maya is the same way. I have one photo of her sleeping across Jeremy. I don't know how she doesn't wake up because she looks so uncomfortable!
