Maybe I'll throw myself to the dogs, but my back's not to the wall Maybe I'll lay some bricks for the man, but the days just aren't that long So if I settle back and chill will I see far enough to feel the angel's dream? I thought it was the Story of the World!
I'm at that age where all my friends are having babies. Those that have had girls have named them Malia and Isabelle. Another friend of mine has a daughter named Meadow. My step-mom is pregnant and my future little sister will be named Hannah, which is a name she's loved for years. Poor thing will grow up being called Hannah Montana.
You remember that story too, huh? I came very close to typing that very phrase in my message. :-D That will likely be the first thing out of my mouth when I meet her.
Back on topic, my first daughter's middle name will be Alita for my grandmother who I love dearly. I've never met anyone named Alita other than my grandma, but she hates her name.

We wanted something uncommon but hopefully not weird for our daughter so she was named Jaela (said J-la). Found it a 100 year old book of baptismal names at the library. Later we learned it was Hebrew and is in the bible. She's only run into one other girl with the same name. I think she enjoys the uniqueness in a little way...
