I went to Suttree's in Knoxville last night. I ended up on the stool by the order station. It was fascinating to listen to which of the 24 taps was getting the most and least orders. For last night, the winners were Wicked Weed's French Toast Stout, Ballast Point's Blackberry Sour and Divergent's Berliner Weisse Sour. I had Urban Artifact's Owler (sour brown with vanilla), Mantra's Nouveau (Belgian Dubbel) and Stone's Fyodor (Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout). That Fyodor comes to play at 13.9% ABV. Great but packs a punch.
It's Nugget Nectar season, the most wonderful beer time of the year, Troegs best beer.
I just had nugget nectar for the first time and it was delicious. My local store has a full pallet of it, I don't think the people around here know what it is
I enjoyed all three, but Fyodor was definitely the star. The carbonation was low, and it had more of a liquor quality to it as should be expected for what it is.

WW’s French Toast is pretty dope. I mean it doesn’t hold a candle to Funky Buddha’s Maple Bacon Coffee Porter (but that it was every “breakfast” beer should aspire to).
I’m just tryin’ to get into the beer trade game. We should be gettin’ our Hopslam this week and if I can get a decent amount like last year I’ll holla at you. It’s pretty good, but with so many fantastic microbrews out there now it’s not like AMAZEBALLS.
Part of the appeal of some of these beers is just the fact they aren't commonly available, or aren't available in that particular area.
Bell's is a decent beer, but from someone in New England where it's not available - it's a specialty. I have to drive 2.5 hours to New York state to get some. I did pick up some Two Hearted when I was in Albany/Troy back in October.

I found interesting recipe of homemade beer in newspaper and want try to use it in future. I decided try to prepare homemade beer but I do not know if it will be successful. But I have already ordered special bottles for beer on allinpackaging.co.uk/containers/bottle/ I hope everything will be fine.
Any suggested California breweries to check? I know some in San Francisco (also had a chance to visit Anchor & 21st Amendment ) but that's it.
this is like asking "is there anything historical to do in Rome? I've heard of the Coliseum but that's it"
Stone, Green Flash and Ballast Point are both in San Diego. So is Mission.
I've heard great things about Monkish in LA. The Bruery is also somewhere in the LA vicinity, I think?
Lagunitas' OG brewery is in Petaluma, and Sierra Nevada's original location is in Chico.
Heretic is somewhere in the Bay Area or North California, I think
And then of course there's Russian River, in Santa Rosa.
Bear Republic is somewhere in Wine Country (I could be wrong about this). Anderson Valley is from California, but I'm not sure where. Probably Anderson Valley >_>. Firestone Walker, too, but I'm not sure where they're HQ is.

Can confirm these two are quality. I think I liked Monkish the best for what I went to when I was out there. I appreciate The Bruery just because they said they will never brew an IPA because they don't like them.
I also went to Absolution, Smog City and Angel City while I was in Irvine/LA. Angel City was the best of the three if memory serves right. The lady went to more than me. I will ask her which she remembers as the best and get back with you.

Firestone Walker is 3 miles South of San Fran and 3 miles North of LA in Paso Robles, California. I'm a big fan of those guys. They brought their Parabola to the local craft shop here as part of the 12 Beers of Christmas and it was quite nice. Their Union Jack is a delicious IPA, the Mocha Merlin is a nice coffee and chocolate infused milk stout, and 805 is a good go to blonde ale. I'd definitely hit up that San Diego scene as Ballast Point and Stone are two of my favorites and Green Flash is good also.

I don't drink beer but I know San Diego has an amazing array of breweries, big and small. If you visit the North Park neighborhood there are a bunch of breweries and tasting rooms within walking/stumbling distance (Belching Beaver, Modern Times, Hess, Rip Current, South Park Brewing Co. are just a few off the top of my head).
Stone, Ballast Point, AleSmith, Green Flash, and Karl Strauss are the biggest locally.
Coronado Brewing is home to a lot of "favorites" from people I know, also!
Basically, we have a metric ass ton of brewing going on here!
I’d make a few suggestions, but it looks like everyone covered all the breweries!
I won a contest at my local waterin’ hole last week to attend the Foothills Brewin’ Companies annual release of the imperial stout Sexual Chocolate. Free hotel stay in Winston-Salem and a $50 gift card to the brewery. So the lady and I drove out last Friday and enjoyed a tasty dinner there with some delightful beer. This used to be a very hyped up release, but I think the hype is finally over in NC. There used to be lines around the block hours before the 9am bottle release on Saturday, but I got there at ‘bout 9:15am and the brewery was maybe a third full. Still a delicious beer and a nice but short trip outta town.
I never understood why people stand a long time in lines for beer.
I'm guilty of this myself, as for a while it was the only way to get Tree House. I like Julius, but do I wanna spend an hour just standing there to get it?
