Oh, thanks. I just posted that on the ACL board (hope you don't mind). I think there were some folks looking for tix over there and a bunch of others are in the 200s, so that might work out. Sorry about your wife's uncle.
Wow.Quack Live Nation. No Refunds for the people that didn't make it into Nissan. They are offering Lawn seats to the Philly show. Thats it. I don't care if Jesus Christ and the Disciples are playing a Live Nation event. I ain't going.

Yeah live nation can go suck some donkey testicles. The least they could do for those poor souls that didn't make it is give em tickets to one of the days of All Points West or something. Sending them to the lawn in Crackden is more like a slap in the face then anything else.

this is a short clip from the radiohead show in houston at the woodlands. the light show was just ridic!! my camera isn't quite good enough to have gotten a really clear shot of the band up close, but man...they're just a good as i remembered.

here's a little bit closer up view of those sweet tubes...
I Saw Atlanta, Charlotte, St. Louis and Houston. I think I liked St. Louis the most. The playing and the setlist were top notch. Kid A! I liked the change in setlist in Houston but the playing wasn't *as good* in 15 Step or Arpeggi and some other songs. Though they still played top quacking notch in Houston. They just played slightly better in St. Louis. Plus they played a killer encore in St. Louis. I was also pretty lucky to catch both Talk Show Hosts. I'm glad I went to NC>GA for that. The playing at all the shows was top notch. Each and every show is quacking awesome despite repeats. Each and every shows had songs that others didn't. It made it totally worth it to see them go balls out every time on Bodysnatchers. Little nuances that change every night make each one different and great. There is no filler in a Radiohead show. Everything is just god damn perfect.
Sad I had to Bail on Dallas, but now I think I WILL go to Deer Creek in August, where I was about to hop off the fence before this May tour, thinking I would have seen enough Radiohead. Plus I get to see the 2 shows in Holllywood at the end of Summer. After seeing 4 of the last 6 shows, I'm still left wanting more. I'm sure I'll feel that way again in 3 months.

i was at the houston show. i've been to multiple shows at the woodlands, and that was the most packed i've ever seen the lawn. the energy was great, and so was the glowstick war...however short it may have been.
as for bodysnatchers...ever since i hear them play it at Roo in 06, i've wanted to hear it again. it immediately throws me back to exactly what i was doing and feeling when i was at Roo.
haha, yea I know, I saw 4 shows. But I had to bail on Dallas, which would have been #5, and thus I feel cheated, and I don't want to wait. So now I want it to be August so I can get that 5th show. Missed Dollars and Cents, Wolf At The Door and The Bends in Dallas, the first 2 I wanted REALLLY REALLY bad.
If you haven't checked in a while or missed the post before, here are my videos from the West Palm Beach show. I've added quite a few more, Just and Exit Music are probably my favorites. A lot of the songs are split into several clips (I'll prolly merge them to 1 clip, whenever I get around to it!)

WASTE hooked me up! I got section 14, row K. Doesn't sound that great, but that's actually the first section on the left hand side at Blossom. I would have loved to have been right in front of Jonny to watch his wizardry, but trust me, I am NOT complaining.

Lolla is going to be awesome. I love the anticipation in the air before a Radiohead show, almost like you expect them to land on stage from outerspace. They are always on point and leave you with no doubt in your mind that they are the greatest band ever. Just thinking about seeing them again gives me chills.
^^and I'll be at the show the following night, August 13th, in Mansfield, MA. It's official - I finally finagled a ticket through eBay yesterday.
I'm so excited - I've never seen them, they're one of my all-time favorite bands, and from all accounts, they put on an amazing live show.
i just got pit tickets to that show ;D
normally, i'd ask if you wanted to meet up for a beer, but i really dont think ill be leaving the pit once i get in. and i plan on getting in early....
they are amazing live as in - WOW, THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING.

It's looking very likely that my second ticket will be up for grabs. Rather than be an a-hole and rob somebody on ebay I thought I'd see if anybody here was interested.
8/4 at Blossom, near Cleveland, sec 14, row k, $50
I should know for sure by next week if I need to sell it, so just IM me if you're interested and I'll let you know.

I'm curious what songs they'll be playing on this leg. I'm sure all the In Rainbows material will still be a mainstay but I hope they bust out some different rotating songs. I Might Be Wrong, The Bends, No Surprises, Kid A, Morning Bell, almost none of these have been played yet. I'd like to see any of them.

Wow....that show at Blossom....AMAZING!
It's a totally different experience being up that close to the band. There is so much unspoken interaction with the crowd by Thom and the rest of the band to an extent. A Radiohead show is truly an experience beyond just listening to some music. They keep the romance arts alive!
Some song highlights were Climbing up the Walls and Jigsaw....both seemed to have absolutely everyone around me moving in rhythm.
Damn...I hope it's only a couple years before the next tour.
