which is then closely followed by mmj - er... 06, but the rain show was better, overall, since i knew the music. hearing them live in 06 was the first time i ever heard them.
this might be followed by pearl jam and (of all things) u2. and im not a u2 studio album fan, at all...
non-music wise - india. hawaii.

I was at the CKY concert where the lead singer Derron Miller threw his guitar across the stage at a wall and walked off half way through the set. Band went on hiatus immediately following the incident as Miller entered rehab for drug and alcohol abuse.
Apparently that night he had mixed a 1/5 of Jack and a bunch of anti depressants.
Here are some of mine: Phish 12/6/97 Phil Lesh 12/31/01 Bobby McFerrin and Voicestra 3/10/08 (seriously, just an incredible performance) Pat Metheny Group 3/05 Charles Lloyd 10/98? Jazz is Dead 4/98
Such a typical response from me, but here it is...
4/25/2008 - Springsteen and the E Street Band in Atlanta one week after Danny Federici died. The passion of the band is impossible to describe. Plus it helped that I was close enough to touch Bruce and that the two virgins I brought along were converted into true believers when Steve pointed out their sign for Rosie and Bruce played it - even coming over and waving to us a number of times during the song.
closely followed by...
7/31/2008 - Springsteen and the E Street Band rock Giants Stadium for 3 hours and 15 minutes. The audience cry of "Down in Jungleland" may be the most amazing thing I've ever heard.
However, only two things have truly taken my breath away at first sight... The Grand Canyon and Michelangelo's David, but I don't think that was what you were asking.
