I grew up worshipping Rock and Roll like a religion. I know its shortcomings and strengths but have loved it unconditionally all the same since I was eight-years old. I ran away and joined the circus and honestly, I'm still as obsessed as I was as a boy. I'm not a kid anymore but I still remember how it felt and it doesn't really feel all that different to me now.
We all love Stevie, but he should have been announced earlier in the day, we already knew about him. I think we were all waiting on Neil or Roger for the last name.
i hate this line of thinking. there is a big difference between "we" on this website and "we" the Bonnaroo attendees. my friend has been to Bonnaroo more times than i, watched the lineup as it came out, definitely doesnt care about Neil, Roger, DMB, KOL, Jay-Z, but is 100% sold on this lineup, and has never visited this site. Some people don't seem to realize Bonnaroo is not trying to cater solely to inforoo members and they arent going to be able to grant every single wish this board comes up with or rumor it convinces itself of.

Aww, did I offend the pissy people's delicate nature? I'm real sorry. I'm even more sorry you won't be joining us so I can meet you class acts... This is the lineup. If you don't like it, stop clogging up the boards with comments on the shitiness of the lineup that YOU HAVE NO POWER TO CHANGE and do something constructive, like visiting a "cooler" festival's forum.
I am fully aware that the headliners aren't strong by any means but I am trying to remain positive about the EXPERIENCE of Bonnaroo, which I am more than willing to pay for in addition to the substantial undercard. So pretty please, do us a favor and keep your complaints on the "complaint" threads so those of us who are actually interested in Roo can find what we're looking for. I don't understand how this is an unreasonable request.

Here's the thing: I'm going to Roo this year, and i'm gonna follow around all you folks who like the lineup and bash your music tastes and make you feel stupid for enjoying yourself.

Also Airline, when do we start following people around and yelling at them and ruining their time, do we just get a barricade so they can't see their favorite acts or what.
But they haven't even announced half of the lineup yet. There are gonna be a bijillion adds this year. They will have to start earlier this year.
Ummm....there are 92 acts on the line up right now.... The full line up last year had 152 acts....subtract 53 cafe acts, 3 cinema acts and 5 comedy acts....and you get 91 acts.....again, there are 92 acts on the current line-up.
We have most if not all of the stage/tent line up.

i count 97 bands on stages and tents last year. there were 95 on the original schedule, then add Phoenix and The Coral Reefer All-stars(Jimmy Buffet set).
so we can expect a few adds for the stages still, theres always some.

Well I had a system and it was going involve playing good music between the inforoo(that looks weird) people and the shows they want to see. I can only assume that they will be forced to turn back.
I'm going to follow sangreal around playing Plastic Beach.
