definitely wasnt but certainly didnt warrant his absolute explosion, considering altuve and Yordan have both ducked chin music this series. sort of whack that our manager and pitcher got ejected for a tantrum but he definitely poked the bear (and really hurt his closer and the rangers odds had it gone to extra innings)

well I'm on the opposite end of that, guys should be able to react however they want in the moment. unwritten baseball rules are so dumb. but he reacted in a "I bet you hit me because I did all that" way that makes me feel like he was just expecting it because he knew he over did it, and it just felt very self fulfilling.
altuve is the best 2nd baseman of all time though so all's well that ends well.
looking forward to the ump score card though because that was just an awful game to watch, hitters, pitchers, crowd, coaches, felt like no one had a clue what the next pitch was going to be called.

Abreu getting tossed probably helped us. I don't think it was intentional, which would mean his control wasn't there, and Pressly got the six outs we needed because he's the man.
Adolis was suuuuuper extra on his HR but in that situation I think it just makes more sense to wait until G6 or G7 if you're gonna hit him intentionally. Or next season. Idk if he'll be a Ranger next year but the Astros will probably have a chance. Walking a second baserunner on purpose down two in the 8th inning with zero outs would be insanely dumb.
Don't like beaning people in general but also that level of taunting would get someone flagged in football or a tech in basketball. And yes he's definitely telling on himself reacting that way.

Guess if he appeals it gets pushed back to next season automatically, if not reduced or overturned entirely. So not a huge deal. Just grandstanding by MLB, really.
