I've been to hundreds of baseball games and other high profile sporting events in my life, but never have I been to a game 7. That changes tonight!
see ya there
Where will you be? I'm SRO, I think we'll head to the 2nd level in right field. That's where I saw Bryce's bomb in Game 5 of the LCS last year, need to bring that same energy.

432 - upper deck third base side.
gonna need to see the bats do something. head says of course pfaadt will regress starting a game 7 on the road, but any attempts at logic in this series have failed.
It's easy to talk shit about the Astros, but at least Dusty got a WS before he retired.
It's been frustrating watching him manage the team this year, but he is a legend and I'm happy with the success he's had with the team. It's time to get someone a little more forward-thinking in there. Maybe even bring back Hinch. Haters are gonna hate regardless.
Boo hoo two flyover cities made it to the World Series this will be the end of baseball
I can't speak for anyone else but I could care less about what cities make it or what the ratings are. My issue, as I've adamantly voiced time and again, is the new format with expanded playoffs that rewards mediocrity.
Good for the Dbacks and their fans. I'm actually glad they beat Philly. But at the end of the day they were a 84 win team that was a #6 seed and had no business making the post season to begin with. It is what it is tho at this point. MLB has their post season parity that they're going to have to deal with now.
The 16-0 Patriots lost the Super Bowl to the 6 seed Giants. This is why you play the game. Arizona scratched and clawed their way into the World Series.
Rather see the D'backs fighting for it than the Astros or Dodgers for the umpteenth time.

But that's an anomaly in football (and never happens in the NBA.) Also with the NFL, upsets are to be expected a little more with how the game inherently is. It's literally one game to advance & the whole "any given Sunday" thing. Similarly to March madness.
I just think MLB needs to find a good balance of valuing the regular season a little more while still having an exciting postseason format. And I think they had that before with the 2 wild card teams per league playing a game to get in.

The Heat made it to the Finals as an 8-seed this year. But yeah, seven-game series all the way through the NBA playoffs generally means the best or one of the best teams wins, with injury luck and matchups/coaching obviously playing their roles.
