Wrong!! It's obvious Royals and the Nationals for the World Series. Lol
Shout out to my Nats for overpaying Jayson Werth and not being able to keep Adam Dunn. Wooooo!!! On the plus side. we have Bryce Harper and hopefully a well healed Strasburg who put up the best rookie season for a pitcher EVER!
As far as a legit WS prediction Phillies/Yankees. Rematch of '09 World Series, Phillies in 6.

Yanks sign Rafael Soriano in what I think is an excellent move. For the regular season I think they will be able to ride a strong bullpen to the post season, mostly likely as the wildcard assuming Boston stays healthy.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.
Hoping for some big seasons from Drabek and JPA... Some continued success from Romero, Morrow, and Batista as well as a bounce back year from Hill and Lind.
We will see. I think this is the Braves' year (just like every other year). Atlanta needs a championship.
I'm so sorry it's been 16 years since you've won a World Series .
Sorry, it's just hard not to be bitter when you're a fan of a team who extravagantly celebrated the 25th anniversary of a team that LOST in the motherfucking World Series. Since I've only been alive for one playoff berth ever, this is easily the giddiest I've ever been before a Brewers season. Greinke+Marcum+Weeks extension+very under the radar/underrated signing of Saito = me being very excite.
Oh, and as much as I hate the Cards (a shit ton), it totally sucks about Wainwright. Even though he's still very highly regarded he manages to be underrated. Guy's a stud.
I didn't mean the Braves per se; just Atlanta sports. 1 championship in a combined 153 seasons. We ranked #2 in most miserable sports cities behind Seattle.

Eh, Buffalo's 3rd after Cleveland and Seattle. Cleveland has more professional teams in the big 4 sports, and Seattle HAD more until a team they actually cared about moved to OKC cause the owner fucked over the city. Plus, Americans don't care about hockey relative to football/basketball/baseball, so I doubt many people know about the Brett Hull "Crease Game."
Nats still won't be a contender. Atlanta will give the Phils a run for their money, but probably end up with the Wild Card spot. Mets/Nats/Marlins will battle each other for 3rd.

Any time spent with Harold Reynolds is well spent, my friend. It was a total shakedown that got him booted from ESPN, but I guess we're paid off in the long run with an awesome network.
