I'm not sure about payment plans, but if you think you'll be going once announcements are made, get tickets fast.Last year 3 day passes sold out within a few days once the lineup came out.

that's why i'm asking. i got the email about the pre-sale starting tues. but i don't think we can afford to buy them right now without payment plan.
i am buying my ticket tomorrow! as long as i live in tx, i'll be at ACL.
my friend kate is getting married that saturday about 60 miles outside of austin, but i've pulled off a wedding that day before. here's hoping that saturday night headliner is someone i don't like/have already seen before.
finally got through. bought a 3day pass for 185$. booooooooo. i thought this dumbo email thing was supposed to be 'special'. darn you frontgatetickets!

I know. By the time I got in they were already up to the $185 tix. I thought about doing VIP until I saw the $850 price tag. Holy moly. That better come with a personal slave with that kind of markup. $500 I could've lived with but $850??? Screw that. I'll be hoi polloi.

They're 'special' in that we get access to tix before they sell out. I really wish I could've snagged the $165 ticket though. I clicked on the email link at 2 min to 10am and was placed in the queue at #638. If I had realized we could've gotten in line early then I would've signed in earlier. Ugh.

The ACL website keeps crashing on me while I'm in the queue. I'm totally about to crap my pants.
That is funny. My friend that got our's, this was her first time to buy tickets online. She had me on the line to help her through it. I thought she was going to have a cow.

As long as you don't mind crashing with a bunch of girls then we can certainly offer you some floor space. Sorry we don't have a spare bed or couch. You might be able to find a better offer (one with a bed/sofa) but worst case scenario you have a floor to crash on.

My guess is they will bring back the Saturday night jam band double set for Phish that they used to have at ACL. I think they would play an hour. Take an hour off while someone plays at the small stage nearby and then come back and play another hour, maybe longer.

To me this isn't inforoo, it's life. If you're in a position to help someone then you should help them, period. It's not something you should have to ever think about. Give to the world and the world gives back. Sharing is caring!
