It's worth noting that the "strong thunderstorm" forecast for next weekend has lessened in severity and duration. I'm glad the constantly-changing forecasts give us something to talk about, but I'm with wolfaroo; fuck the forecasts.
a word of advice if it rains and you have shade tents and/or tarps...
make sure they can drain. otherwise, they will collect in a giant pool and eventually the weight will cause your shade tent to collapse... that's what happened to us last year.
if its going to rain, i suggest taking down the tarps or, if someone stays behind at camp, they are in charge of removing water buildups..
the shade tent, by itself, will not collect water - so they should be okay.

My friends last year had a problem with an EZ UP that had a central pole for support. Mine has a frame that conforms to the shape of the tarp. I think theirs was more expensive, but mine held up better in the rain.
It's 89 here today, so I would prepare for a hot and muggy Roo this year.
Also, whether or not it rains in the 4 days that we're there, be prepared for some mud. It's been raining a little almost every day, so I imagine that the farm is already muddy, especially with the construction-type equipment that is zooming around there right now.
Mud will happen; it's a wet year + construction. The forecast for higher temps is good news for those of you worried about severe weather. Hot-weather convectional "popcorn" storms are still likely, but these tend to be limited in both scope and duration. The higher temps (somewhat) rule out the possibility of well-developed frontal systems, which tend to be the culprits of sustained Leno-y weather. A cold front couldn't move through there and temperatures stay that high.

I won't mind a little mud or rain here and there, but just not torrential down pours daily. That would really suck! The dustbowl in '07 wasn't THAT bad. I got to make my t-shirt a ninja mask the whole weekend.

Again, I doubt we're in for daily torrential downpours. That's not to say that we won't have multiple rain events over the weekend. As long as no well-developed fronts roll through, rain will be fleeting and probably relegated to the hottest afternoon hours (which might be nice).

Weather Channel now is saying mid 80s with a 40-50% chance of storms on Thursday and Friday. Saturday the storm chance drops to 10%, but still mid 80s.
