Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
They moved the shows from Club 828 to Stella Blue, which is apparently 21+ and up. And the capacity for it is 400. The Moogaplex has a 440 capacity. I'm getting fearful now about Pnuma & Bonobo.
So a lot of you talk to me daily and know that I got a DJ residency at a brand new club in Hickory, NC called RED. Unfortunately they have decided to have the Grand Opening that weekend. Now I can't go to Moog at all. I am real sad. I wanted to go at least for Sunday.
I know Zapp found this but thought I'd share this blurb with you from Moogfest.
We are also making a few changes to the schedule as well. Shows will be ending at 2:30am (although we are hearing of a number of "unauthorized" late night bashes going on around town so if you want to keep it going...).

Hahaha Zapp...
So, that means all the shows at the smaller venues are gonna end before 2:30? No Javelin after Girl Talk? Well, that's a bummer...There've been a crazy amount of lineup/schedule changes for this. It's good and bad.
sweet, i just got a free pass from the moogfest street team. but i have no secure place to stay. any suggestions?? (oh by the way ive been an inforoo stalker since last summer 2009)

Good luck with that. Inforoo is a lot like the real world. Be real and you will be accepted and rewarded.
Jonsi only feels comfortable with himself when he's on a dimly lit stage with bright, flashing lights, both of which serve to distort the human reality of his face. He only feels comfortable as an entertainer, not a human being.
Or, for the cynics amongst us, he thinks he is too good to be eye-to-eye with his fans.

Sucks about no Javelin after Girl Talk. But the good news is, they're playing Kings on Nov. 11
That whole day is going to be insane. I decided I'm going to go for Thievery Corporation over Jonsi. An incredibly tough call to make, but Thievery blew my mind at Roo and I didn't get to see anything because I was so far back. Plus this means staying put for Nosaj Thing > Caribou > Thievery > Massive Attack, and having a sick spot for all of them. All I have to do now is avoid listening to Jonsi for all of this week so I'm not tempted to change my mind.

I think that video seals the deal. Same here Zapp. Front row for Massive Attack perhaps?

**WARNING**AVERT YOUR EYES, ZAPP; THERE WILL BE JONSI LOVE IN THIS POST
Ever since I read some reviews of "Jonsi in Concert" that was streaming live on NPR a week or two ago (I've avoided watching any video so that any surprises aren't spoiled when I see him at Moog), he has been steadily climbing on my list of most-highly-anticipated sets of the weekend. He's now number 1, I think, edging out Hot Chip. It's supposed to be just a stunningly beautiful and theatrical stage production. I can't wait. As I've been saying, I'm sure Thievery will be cool, but I am NOT going to miss Jonsi.
He's performing for an hour and a half. It's not set in stone who the venue headliner, but it's either him or The Disco Biscuits. The Disco Biscuits play last, but Shpongle also plays after Massive Attack, even though Massive Attack is the clear venue headliner for the ACC on Saturday night, so who knows?
