I have the three looping circles (Roo logo) comprised of a wave, a flame and the last circle representing rock or Earth tattooed on my left side of my chest.
Edit: Got the tat right before Roo three years ago, but somehow don't have a digital photo of it. Will make one and upload it soon-ish.

I was going to get a tattoo for every Roo that I've attended, but I thought that it may be a bit much.
Those are awesome. I like the collection you have too. I got one to mimic the Bonnaroo at the top of the What stage. But I have the three circles as the O's. My late brother was a tattoo artist so I am a huge fan.
I've been thinking of an idea. I'm no artist though and thought i'd ask opinions on here. I'm thinking about just a black line drawn for the arch and two people standing below it holding hands. So my question is should I get an actual Bonnaroo arch or just everything in black so it almost looks as if the couple is standing under a rainbow?
My fiance proposed to me last year in front of the arch. I'm trying to come up with a tattoo that would kinda symbolize us at bonnaroo.

This may sound stupid but what's your budget? They change the bonnaroo arch each year (colors) but the shape stays the same.
I haven't really thought of a budget yet. And that was my other question. How do I pick which arch I liked the best. I mean 2011 arch is memorable for the reason of the proposal. However, it wasn't reallly my fav.

Nice! I'm a huge fan of tattoos as well (you can probably tell by looking at my arms. I've got about 27 of them.

Go to a good artist and they will figure something out for you. It's their job to draw you up something nice!! The logo last year already has two people under what is supposed to be the arch (I've always thought) if you want to use it as a reference:

I was lying in a burned out basement With the full moon in my eyes. I was hoping for replacement When the sun burst thru the sky. There was a band playing in my head And I felt like getting high.

That's sweet. If I had done that I'd have to draw a line through the wife's name. Or have a wife find me with the same initial. M, G & S will always stay the same. My babies...growing up!
haha, my dad had a heart with a scroll with his and my mother's names in it. He had the names blacked out. I was going to get my boyfriend's two letter name in the lettuce or cheese on my taco tattoo before my dad died and I had to postpone my Hell City appointments. LOL
Went to the tattoo parlor yesterday, showed them my art samples, talked price and time and aftercare and then promptly chickened out! Help!
I have three tattoos total. Lower back, shoulder, and wrist. Mine hardly hurt at all and it was over before I knew it. I did have my best friend there and talked to him the whole time so that made it go by easier. Go for it. I'm looking at getting another one and maybe the Roo symbol is the way to go.
Guess I should have kept reading before posting because I see that you already got the tat. Looks great!

No. It may be over or under moisturized. A thin layer of Aquafor or non scented lotion is all you need, not a lot. Keep it moist, but only just so. Wash with antibacterial soup when you bathe, but not more than once/twice a day. There are tons of aftercare tutorials online, just make sure you find one through a legit shop if you look though. Unfortunatly the body modification world is full of hacks.
Everyone reacts differently, some people even differently just to different colors. If problem persists or becomes worse had back to the tattoo shop and get some professional advice (though I am a nurse and vote mine is also professional ). They don't mind to steer you right! Good luck.
