I'm no stranger to tattoos, I have a few, but I'm always extremely careful and deliberate before I get one. Recently, I was talking to my artist, who is also a roo buddy, and we were talking about him doing a tattoo for me in honor of Roo. I'm pretty sure I'm going to go through with it, but I was wondering if anyone else has a roo tattoo?

I don't, and tbh there's pretty much no chance of me ever getting a tattoo anyway, but if I WERE going to get one a Roo symbol would be very high on my list of possibilities.

I have one on my left arm, inner bicep. I think it is the 06 logo. My brother does them and he pays for favors with them. He needed a favor and I was not really in need of tattoos. So I had him do some "fun" ones. Got the Bonnaroo one and got a Pearl Jam stickman on the other arm.
I love the color on that, Dan. If I were to get one, it'd probably be something from the '09 art palette to represent my first roo, especially because I really dug the layout for that year. '10s was really ugly, in my opinion, and this years is pretty good too.
I just started work on my Bonnaroo half sleeve. This is an original design my brother in law drew for the design contest last year (didn't win). The fountain (probably 08 or 10 design), Ferris wheel, arch, and what stage will an be somehow incorporated into the final half sleeve. It will also be very colorful, I won't be able to get the color added in to this before roo if I want it healed.
I have a plain black outline of the roo logo on my left ankle. Around 3 inchs big I guess. I still haven't had it filled in but plan on it before this roo..
I don't have any tattoos, but I've been telling myself for the last year that if I were to get one, it would be something 'Roo. I like what I see here, though!

Well, I decided not to get the roo tattoo just yet, but instead got this!
It was modeled after the LCD disco ball, and you can't really see cause it's backwards in this picture, but the framing and the 2 parts of the disco ball spell out "LCD." I'll be getting my roo one next, for sure.

I've been trying to think of another tattoo to get and when I read this thread...I just can't believe I never thought of this!!! I already have a large tat on my lower back (standard girl tramp stamp) so maybe a smaller one of the 3 Bonnaroo rings somewhere? Thanks for the ideas, and love the pics of everyone's Roo Tattoos!!
