*Soap, not soup hehe. Also, if it starts to itch SMACK IT. Scratching can irritate it more and make it heal crappy resulting in subawesome tattoo. It's hard not to pick when it flakes/peels, too, but try your best. :x
I went early in the week to get the logo from one of the T-shirts but they were booked solid until the end of next week. After giving it a lot of thought I figured there wasn't enough time to let it heal before June 7 so it looks like it's going to be later in the summer. My first one I had done during the summer and the sun kind of damaged it which I want to avoid this time. Of course I had all winter but I'm a compulsive procrastinator and I couldn't make up my mind exactly what I wanted.
I have no idea on that, I always use Aquafor or scentless lotion. I use that a couple times a day until the tenderness goes away or it's not constantly drier than surrounding skin. Then after bathing. Use sunscreen when out of doors if it's going to be exposed to sunlight.

I use A&D for about 4-5 days then switch to UNSCENTED vasaline lotion (or any unscented lotion). I do not know why unscented but that is what I read. Anyway, my tattoos are usually completely healed in a week to a week and a half regardless of size, and I have never had any issues.
Thanks guys, I've been using H2Ocean and it's been 6 days now. Healing up beautifully, a few flaky spots left but all good in general. So much easier than I expected!

I got my last one a month ago and it actually went through 2 peels so don't be surprised if that happens. It's now pretty much healed but I still use Aquaphor at night when it feels dry.
I have 1 currently with another coming soon. The one that I have is the bonnaroo logo from 2010. I plan on getting the logo from every bonnaroo that I go to in some form or another. Ive got 3 years to catch up on ..the one I plan on getting soon is a half sleeve on my lower leg. Im wanting it to be a real pyschedelic theme, incorporate the arch, the stages and tents, bonnaroo logo as the sun, mushroom fountain, the whole 9 yards.

i kept searching for lyrics to put around it, and i remembered how beautiful watching phoenix do "love like a sunset" was at my first bonnaroo, so i thought it was perfect. even got it in my own handwriting, which makes it MORE special. it makes me so happy to see it everyday. so many people have told me i'd regret it, but they just don't understand
i have one of the little characters from the 2010 booklet on my shoulder with the roo symbol next to it near its feet. i love it but the artist blew out one of the parts. should be getting it touched up within the month. I'm thinking about putting the mushroom fountain behind him but I'm not sure which year's fountain that i went to i like most. anyone remember which year was the checkered looking one?
