We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.
Ummmmmm For Realz? No check in from any other players prior to closing?
Where in the hell did everybody go?
Bek's at Wakarusa. Now that quacker has checked in (hope everything's worked out with your son, by the way), I think everybody else is pretty much accounted for. Not necessarily since the runoff technically started, but in leading up to the runoff and putting in the two players who were in it. I think SFA was the only possible wild card, since he voted for both jhammett and bek in the leadup to the runoff, and he's definitely been on inforoo since the runoff started.
At first, I thought it was a little wrong of kdogg to just take over and close up the voting (I don't have a problem with switching up refs, but I wish it had been a prior arrangement or that kdogg had at least given some warning before closing the vote), but I don't see what harm it really does.

I've been keeping up. Didn't really have anything to add and I was content with my vote for Bek. I feel it was the best choice given the situation. Now for the next round I'm not so sure.

Well I'm a noob so I don't know what to make of this except that we have at most two Mafia alive so we may have hit one or else the Mafia sacrificed one of their own. But we DO know that there are at most two left. As a Townie I know that I need to feel comfortable with whomever I feel is the least likely to be a Mafioso as the game could end with the next vote/hit.
LLL, the one person who is left that I haven't felt concerns about is you (hope that doesn't paint a target on you) so I want to hear your thoughts on this.
Has Jhammett seemed suspicious to you? What do you think about Noage casting the deciding vote to kill off Bek? How much do you trust SFA in this game? You would certainly be a good judge as to whether his involvement in the game seems "normal". I'm going to go back to the Mafia 35 game to review his participation in that to see if he is acting differently this game.

SFA has been at the bottom of my list of suspicious characters the whole game. Last game was my first with him, and I knew he was Mafia right off because he let me go into a run-off my first game, and I know him well enough that he would have taken me out if he could have. So, he either learned a lesson last game and is playing the game in another manner, or he is not Mafia. He did throw up a red flag with me with all of his vote changing, especially this last round when he made a middle of the night vote change for Bek. Why save Jhamm when you had voted for him, and he was going to be voted off. No new evidence came up that exonerated Jhamm all of a sudden. So I just don't get it and it seems a little fishy.
Speaking of, all of the vote changing is fishy to me. I think some of it is Mafia voting for Mafia and then saving them. If you've voted for someone it can seem like you aren't working with them, but it can also be a veil. So I am really looking at the vote changes. That is how the Jhamm/NBF connection came up for me. It really looks like they were working in unison. Then NBF got whacked, which makes me reconsider. I'm not positive that NBF wasn't Mafia, and pointing out the connection may have caused Mafia to make a sacrifice killing to derail suspicion. That is a strong possibility. If this is the case, I think Jack was their partner.
I've wondered about NoAge from the start, for the reasons I've outlined. That is, IF Sarah was Mafia and EAP was Inspector. If this is the case, then the vote agreement/possible save from a run-off and EAP's vote for NoAge. And NoAge has been awfully quiet. I've never played with him before, maybe it is his style, but I've read a few past games and there is always a Mafia member who is very quiet and tries not to stir the waters too much. And I'm really surprised that he voted Bek. I was under the impression that he suspicious of Jhamm. So I'm not sure what that was about.
Sorry Quacker, but the EAP situation also makes you look funny. If Bek was Mafia, I can see the connection that everyone is making between the two of you. Plus EAP made that statement about possibly voting for you. I am just unsure of this dual connection because you both voted for Sarah, which seemed kind of cold since she may have saved the two of you from being voted off first round. I think that Bek could have been Mafia, some of her answers to questions were kind of gamey, but I would be surprised if both of you were. I need to look at this closer.
What is your take on it all? Are you still thinking that Jack was the first Mafia we voted off? I think that is really what dictates how to go with this round. Who we think the first Mafia out of the game was. In theory, it could have been EAP and could have been Kdogg and could have been NBF. So we can't rule them out, but I think that we did pretty well with voting off at least one.
This is a hard game. It has been pretty confusing for me.

I'd like to know why you find my earlier vote switches suspicious? You do realize that I was the one to tie things up with EAP?? Not only that but I gave others the chance to save her before I switched my vote back to Sarah. It should also be noted that nobody but my voting partner has cast a vote for me in this entire game(nothing against you, honey). Despite the vote switches, etc.
I've already explained why I changed my vote to Bek. I didn't feel comfortable voting along side Bek and quacker. Plus, the fact is we have voted off at least one Mafia member, which makes Sarah the highest probable suspect. If Sarah was mafia then she had to have a reason for bringing attention to herself. That reason was most likely to save either Bek or Quacker.
I'm not voting first this round. I'd actually love it if Noage brought something to the table. Dude, hiding in the shadows isn't helping your case. I'll be sad if I vote for you and your innocent but you aren't making much of a case for yourself.

I find EVERYONES vote switches suspicious, not just yours. Some people may have just been unsure who to vote for, or saw new evidence, but I think that Mafia took advantage of that and likely voted for each other to try to disassociate themselves from one another, only to switch and vote for townspeople.
Of course I voted for you, you are my voting partner. I voted for you the first two rounds, and you voted for me. Simple as that. You're the one who asked to be my voting partner. You should expect to have me vote for you the first round or two until some idea of suspects is established. If that is not how it is supposed to work, then let me know so that I can adjust how I play the game. I think no one else has voted for you, nor have I since, because you seem like you are probably one of us. We are getting close to being picked off here. If there are two Mafia left and we don't get it right these next two rounds, we will lose. If there is one left I think we should vote for the most likely suspect, and then the second most likely next round and hope that we were right and we can still win.

Voting remains open through the resumption of normal voting Monday.
I am checking with Bacon to see whether he has a preferred time to resume Referee responsibilities, in case he's gone later into Monday and needs a hand later than midnight.
I can't believe that kid has a 420 in his phone number and it took me to point it out to him.
Also, another random Bacon-related question... any of y'all going to Lil Wayne? We have a beer bet and might need a witness.

You didn't answer my question. Why are MY vote switches suspicious? Also, I brought up your votes for me because you are my voting partner. I wasn't saying there was anything weird about that. Just saying you are the only person to ever vote for me.
It seems nobody wants to be the first to vote. I'll fall back on the two people I mentioned at the beginning of the last round.....
Noage and Jhamm.
LLL, why did you say that you've never played a game with Noage when the last game was turned upside down because of you seeing Noage's deleted post?
Noage, why are you so hesitant to participate? I know you've given a reason but that's pretty bunk. Seriously dude, it's Mafia. Are you really going to clame that's it best for you to set back and just do nothing but vote when you are forced to?

Jesus Christ, because I was trying to trick everybody in the game, most of whom played that game with us Ohhhh so tricky of me.
I've been up since 630am yesterday. Forgive my misspeaking.
Correction: I have played 1.5 rounds of Mafia with NoAge, I should have said I've haven't played MUCH with him before. Those 1.5 rounds did not afford me enough time to pick up on his style of playing.
I already addressed why yours and everyone else's vote switching concerns me.
I'd like to hear from Quacker in regards to my questions above, and how he feels about people implicating him in working with Bek as Mafia. Like I said, I have mixed feelings and am not convinced. I'd like to hear what he has to say.

I might split to see Big Boi, but LLL and I will be there.
Interesting, but I don't know if splitting time helps us out. Specifically, Bacon & I have a bet regarding the exact time of Lil Wayne's appearance time. If Weezy is under 30 minutes late, Bacon owes me a beer; if he is 30+ minutes late, I owe Bacon a beer.

To be honest, I had death in the family during the first round of this game and I just have not been checking inforoo too much.

Noage > Quacker
Well now I feel like a jerk. I'm very sorry to hear that.
11) Voting will be open for 36 hours each round, or until everyone has cast their vote - whichever comes first. Voting will never follow the 36-hour rule on the weekends. I will only ever close voting on a Saturday or Sunday if everyone has cast their vote already. If you haven't voted by that time, your vote will not be counted. If you miss two votes, you are out of the game regardless of how good your reason is. When it is decided that you are out, you will be killed off during the day alongside whoever would have been killed by vote.
Just going to announce that I will close voting as soon as I see the fifth vote cast in this thread in the interest of expediency. Fair warning to the final voter.
Special request to players with Mafia/Inspector roles: It would be appreciated if you could turn in your whacks/guesses to me ahead of the close of voting, so that I may act on them in a swifter fashion.

NoAge, thinking of you and I hoping you and yours the best.
Well Leno. Since I picked up a day shift, I'm among the living this morning, so I may as well vote and see what the other two have to say. I'm going to go with my original hunch, and I am absolutely open to changing it pending input from others.

In looking at all the vote switches it seems like noage's votes were more manipulative. JHamm's votes look more reactionary. But it could just be my imagination. Do you think that maybe Kdogg was Mafia and bumped off as a smokescreen?
