a late morning / early afternoon The Devil Makes Three set would be completely ok with me. Govinda in the morning would be without a doubt perfectly ok with me as well. Can. Not. Wait
I saw Railroad Earth a few months ago here (for free ) and it was seriously one of the best shows I saw all year. Some of the recorded stuff sounds really mellow but they jam!! I hope they're either late night or they'd be a perfect "wake up from an afternoon nap and dance" band. I'm getting so excited for Wakaroo that I'm starting to get "worthless." I'd rather be assembling my camping gear and packing list than working!! Is anyone else here planning on going to Forecastle? I went ahead and bought my tickets already, but just got a Sat and Sun pass. Debating on either going on Friday OR buying a late night show or two. Would be awesome to you meet you all!!!
Anyone catch Primus last year at Roo? Definitely one of my favorite sets, really probably the best I saw down there. Wakarusa + Primus = epicness here's them at Red Rocks

kballard.. there's a good chance I will be at Forecastle. Thing is, my friend in Louisville just found out her and her hubby are expecting a baby. Her husband isn't into festivals and she was going to be my partyin partner. Now she's out on partying. Puts a real damper on things, but i guess i will have a sober driver if I go. Thinkin All Good might be on my agenda now, but time will tell.
Please, anyone on facebook click this link and vote for my friends in the band Fatty Lumpkin. It would mean a lot to me and them to see them play on the 2nd biggest stage at Waka!
*i like coconuts, you can break them open they smell like ladies lyin in the sun** *Hell I don't even know where I am** *for now I must sit here and ponder the yonder: The herbivores did well cause their food didn't never run** *We listen, if it feels good We shake** *You made a big impression for a girl of your size, Now I can't get by without you and your big brown eyes.**
Just a heads up -the price of Wakarusa's Full Event passes will increase to the next level at 11:59 pm on Saturday April 7th. Incredible line-up this year. Primus! Really been diggin' Wakarusa on the Mountain! My favorite venue for sure!

And the costume parade looks real fun. I was John Travolta from saturday night fever for halloween and i was planning on busting that out at every fest i went to this summer anyways so this right here is just too good to pass up
Wakarusa is getting incredibly close you guys! I want to go SOOOOO badly, but sadly have to choose between this and Bonnaroo! Here is an interview with Waka artist Bright Light Social Hour Everyone have a good time at Wakarusa for me!
come aahhhnnnnn release the schedule already. hopin for an umphs latenight . and honestly i wouldnt mind if PL played on Thursday. thursdays are always the shit!
This might be the way to go for your wakarusa ticket this year. Volunteer, work three short shifts and enjoy the rest of the festival FREE. I'm seriously considering it at this point. Volunteering might be the only way I can afford this festival. www.workexchangeteam.com
for me the hardest choices would be Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros vs Break Science. Other than that Primus vs the Werks isn't great but an easy choice all the same...Primus. Always pretty well done schedule at Wakarusa

I love the schedule! there's really no conflicts for me, which means i def won't be missing G. Love got a new album and his shows r always a good time! this is a track from the new album...
My schedule conflicts pre-waka will be worked out once I'm on the MTN and going with the flow. Where it takes me is anybody's guess but no matter what I know it will be worth the ride. Can't wait to discover new acts and see some of my fav's. Let's get this show on the road already! waka waka
