Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
That's so weird, I got an e-mail yesterday. Are you a member of other groups or just Bonnaroo in your profile? It could be that is an issue, I'm down for Big Ears, Moog, Forecastle and Roo.
Three more orders up today for Forecastle and Mountain Oasis. If you haven't already make sure you are signed up for more than just Bonnaroo that way you can earn the points.
Is there the same restriction on roo tickets as they had on the moogfest and Justice tickets last year? You had to have done a physical activity(poster run) in order to redeem the points.

There are actually 5 orders up worth a total of 1,000 points. My mistake the 500 point one needs to be finished soon but 4 pm is the time frame for the tweets to be used and not the deadline.
After today I'm only 2,600 points from a ticket. I'd already have 2 tickets secured if I didn't spend all of my points on Nashville shows this year. Maybe I should convince Evvan to guest list me again if I promo at the shows. That way I don't spend my points.
Just picked up my first postering route, any advice? The 8,000 points is enough for a second free ticket and maybe an RV pass if I need it. Orders just went up so grab one of you need one.

Here are the routes that are left for the first poster run. There is always a second run so don't give up if you didn't get one.
Phoenix, AZ(1), San Diego, CA (3), San Francisco, CA (2), Baton Rouge, LA 2), New Orleans, LA (2), Ann Arbor (2), Minneapolis, MN (3) Jackson, MS(2), New York City, NY(7), Akron, OH (1), Columbus, OH (2), Portland, OR (2), Philadelphia, PA (2), University Park, PA (1) Providence, RI (3), Dallas, TX(1), Blacksburg, Va(1), Charlottesville, VA(2), Richmond, VA(2), Seattle, WA(1), Madison, WI(1) Washington, DC (1)
It is 16,000 points per ticket and there is a firm limit of 2 tickets per person.
If you have any more questions on the street team I can try to answer them. I have been a part of it for going on 3 years and also a "Lieutenant General" ranking wise so I don't mind helping.

So lemme get this straight. I just snagged a poster run for Philly that was 8000 points. If I do one more of these, then I just get a free ticket to Bonnaroo? That is... so amazing.
Any idea when the second poster run is gonna go up? I've got Spring Break next week so I don't wanna miss the chance.

As zion said the second run will be after the addition of comedy etc. That's usually somewhere between the end of March and the middle of April. I don't remember how the second poster run compares in terms of size, zion may be able to speak to that.
I don't usually do poster runs so would love any advice the vets would like to share, what should I bring, tape, tacks, nails, etc? Where are good locations to post I haven't thought of?

Clear tape is obviously a necessity. I would recommend some thumbtacks also for places that may have somewhere you can hang them.
My first word of advice is if you are going to poster inside a business or outside. Go inside and talk to someone first. Explain to them what you are doing etc. So, that when you have future poster runs you can return to these same places and maybe hang more posters. Also, that keeps them from ripping them straight down. Keep a list of where all you have hung posters as well...it will be required evidence when the time comes to complete the order.
so, I just signed up for this. Is it going to be impossible for me to get the necessary points to get a bracelet without doing any poster runs of any kind? I can still volunteer and work a beer tent on Sunday and get a bracelet for all weekend, but I would rather have it complete beforehand so I don't risk missing any good shows on Sunday while working...Thanks!
