It'll be hard to top last year........Trey was friggin' awesome at the Mushroom stage.
honestly I was disappointed by the lack of sit-ins. so much talent at bear creek, I was hoping for some trey/GPJ action or something like that. fun set though.

Exactly, I was really unimpressed by that show. Soulive at the Amp however.... awesomeness.

You booked a hotel? No campin' or rv style?
I wouldn't mind the camping but one of my friends isn't the camping type. besides hotels are so cheap at bear creek. 4 nights minutes from the venue for less then $360.

Trey at Hangout was definitely better......what a rager that show was!!
agreed on the hangout set being better. hangout 1 was such a ridiculous time. I was in a constant state of shock this was happening an hour from my house.
I am excited to see UM back at BC. I hope they play fri/sat instead of thurs/fri. not sure if I'll be able to make Thursday.

I'm sure they'll play Fri and Sat this time round! Two years ago they were the late additions, so I'm sure they had to squeeze 'em in a little bit. What fantastic late additions though! Moe. and UM! Cant get much sweeter than that ;D

Friday night last year was REALLY cold. We had layers and hand warmers in our pockets and shoes (awesome things to have btw, made a huge difference in our overall warmth). I wouldnt have wanted to camp in that cold.

Yeah man, I hear ya for sure, we had layers upon layers upon layers on us and in bed (and moonshine) and we were still cold! Didnt take any warmers though, will definitely be bringin' them this year...
I could go on and on about how much I love this festival. This year's lineup does look pretty sweet so far, though a Primus add would put it over the top. I've been saying they need to get Primus!
