There might be an influx of Pandas on Friday night, it is "Party Animal" night at BC. So there will be a lot of animals out. Then Saturday night is "Warm and Fuzzy" night, so I would say pack accordingly.
So pandas on Fri and Sat then?
Yes, pandas always... we have the "big" pandas for Friday night, then the alternate beanie pandas for Saturday night's "warm and fuzzy" theme.
I don't know how much time I will have to work on costumes. I'm booking my sister a flight to come in this weekend through next Friday. It's about to get weird around here.

I've brought a few fun hats this year, you are quite welcome to borrow one
could not be any more excited for UM. watching the live feed right now and the second set is all covers. so far: jessica > girlfriend is better > fool in the rain > walking on the moon > halloween > fool in the rain. only thing that could make this better would be a couple of pandas!
Is Jesse coming? If so, I gotta stock up on baby turtles Jesse was our Camp InfoGood leader in 2010 and helped coordinate one of the best festival camps I have ever been a part of. Who is heading in on Thursday? Now that I have a pass to go, I want to push my luck and try to make it up for Thursday night's festivities.
Pickin' up/packin' up the RV Wednesday morning and will probably be in Live Oak round 3-4 pm or so Wednesday late afternoon. Bringin' a ton of firewood this year. We got two spots booked down on River Rd this year kind of behind VIP area-esque. I can't wait for some UM on Friday night, but I'm still torn on Saturday night's UM set. I would be missing at least the first 15-20 mins for the end of the Soulive set and would also be missing the end of the UM set for the beginning of the Lettuce set. And then, not to mention, The Dead Kenny G's set and the Mike D set while UM is going on. So torn!!! That's the biggest conflict all weekend for me honestly, but pretty much the only conflict at the same time. Budos over Lotus all the way when it comes to that conflict (IMO.) This year is going to be ridonkulous.
If I were you two, I would try my best to come on Thursday. March Fourth is closing that night and it is gonna be a show you do not want to miss! M4 is the shiz! They have a Friday set, but I am thinking their Thursday night set is gonna be NUTS!
Tony, when you get settled in Wednesday night come over to the trail, a few of us will be there already, which goes for anyone and everyone.
EDIT: If you have room, PLEASE BRING EXTRA FIRE WOOD!!! Thank you!

Most definitely will! After gettin' camp set up and what not, we'll definitely be cruisin' round gettin' acquainted w/ the 2012 BC crew. I know you've probably said this a million times already, but where exactly is the trail again? We should have plenty of wood for the weekend and I think our buddy is bringing a couple of burnable pallets as well, so if anyone needs any extra towards the end of the weekend and what not, I'm sure there will be some.
EDIT: "We are just down the road from Funk N Jam, we are "Short-Cut Camp". Well the "exit" for the trail is just down the road, we actually camp off the road that goes behind the amphitheater and to the general store area. This is the "start" of the trail. I use those lights in the trees to tell people how to get there. Although you can go in either direction, in its design, you "start" and "exit" here." <----ANSWER TO MY PREVIOUS QUESTION.
If I come Thursday I will bring some wood. I won't be staying the night, just coming for the day and leavin after the music stops to head home for work in the morning :/
^as I read my own directions I just got confused. When you leave the gate/exit by the Amphitheater, take a left, then veer to the left, and stay to the left. Will be down Hippy road, on the left, just past the lights in the trees. Aka FnJ camp. Just keep to the left and we will be on your left.
If you take the back exit road that leaves from the general store/barn stage and goes behind the Ampitheater, we will be up on the right, just before you take that right onto Hippy road. The trail starts on the back exit road and ends on Hippy road.

I suppose I'll be renting a car on Thursday, leaving asap but probably around noon and driving straight to ATL. There I'll be getting a room overnight (if you need a kitty free place in ATL for Thur lmk). Then meeting up with Mayo at some point and Sarah/Zen on Friday morning heading in. If anyone is going this route and needs a ride PM me.

I'm leaving straight from work Thursday afternoon and should be arriving in Dalton to pick up Matt around 7:30pm. We're leaving straight away to go to Kim's, ETA 9:30pm. Probably making a last minute run for supplies, then getting up and heading to FL Friday morning. I'd like to get on the road as early as possible so we have more time for PANDAMONIUM.
holy crap, I'm going to have some serious nipsicles. I do have a little heater for my tent that I hope works.
I'm having a week from Hades as far as being busy. Haven't packed a thing and just have Thursday to deal with shopping and final packing. Really looking forward to getting out of town.
