If I show up it may be for Thursday night/Friday night since there is only tickets available for that. Things have benn tight on my end, so I am just playing it by ear for now.

Need to get confirmation from everyone who will be coming up to Quack Club 2013!!!
What I would like to know:
- Are you coming up? Just you or plus 1? - Best guess on what day arriving and what day leaving? (Anyone arriving before Thursday Will be put to work or told to get out of my way. ) - food allergies, restrictions? We do some vegetarian and are planning more for this year, and will check out options for Ms. V. If you are Vegan I have a feeling I will fail miserably at providing fuds, but will try!! - going to NFF or will be hanging at QC?
Car Pooling - as mentioned, unless you are flying in, we are asking you to work out your own transportation to and from NFF. Perhaps if we know who is going days only, who is going to late nights and which ones, and who is willing to be a designated driver, we could put some car pools together ahead of time. Think it's probably a good idea to say - If you take someone into NFF, make sure you take them back to QC too, unless other arrangements are made ahead of time. Would prefer not to have one of those late Oh Shiiit so and so is missing moments.

NFF all 3 days, no aftershows. I will DD and have room for 3. It could be 4 if people want to get cozy.
Bringing Mimosas, natch, and Moonshine Cherries. Plus beer. Let me know if there is anything you want from the Mid-Atlantic.
You can pay for parking there. I think it was $12 last year for the day. I'll check on that and Quacker and I will help out with parking fees.
If you are new to NFF be aware that getting out of the fort usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour. To get OUT... Then the travel time out of town. There is only one road out of the fort. If you are not catching an early band and go in later, you will be parked closer to the exit and will get out sooner. By later - 3 to 4 pm.. We've not yet figured out how to get away with parking closer to the exit and walking a little farther.
An alternative - we have not tried it - is parking in Newport downtown and taking the ferry service between downtown and the fort (NFF). The lines we have seen have been long but the ferry is of good size and its a very short hop from NFF back to town by water.
We will either be arriving Thursday evening or Friday morning. It will be dependent upon my +1's class schedule as well as our ability to meet up with a friend who is living in northeastern NY for the summer and will be performing in a musical on that Thursday night.
We have tickets for all 3 days of NFF. Unfortunately, we were unaware if my +1 could make the trip at the time aftershow tickets went on sale. I have an aftershow ticket for Deer Tick on Sunday and we'll either try to sell it at the door or buy one for her at the door. Regardless, I think we would really enjoy spending one night masquerading around Newport, so we can probably carpool in and out with anyone else doing the aftershow and just hang around if we end up skipping.
We will be hitting the road on Monday morning.
We will definitely be bringing some western PA/eastern OH beer with us. Other than that, we can bring whatever else may be needed! Maybe some muffins and cookies.

Goldbondking solo. Arriving Friday late morning and going to all 3 dates and 3 after shows. Bunny I have parking passes for Saturday and Sunday if I can hop (pun intended) in with you! I will figure out something to get back after the Deer Tick shows. I'm bringing a random assortment of beer and whatever else you need Fawnmart! Thanks so much.

Heather and LD: I'll be there Friday, Heather most likely won't be down until Saturday. We're staying at her dad's place in Woon. We have two day passes and not doing any aftershows.
If anyone lives outside the Northeast corridor - I'd be up for some beer trading. I can get some RI/MA/CT beers, if you have something to deal we don't have out this way.

I'll be flying into Providence on Thursday (I can't recall the exact time at this moment, but I'll let you know). I'm flying out on Monday (again, not sure on the time). No food restrictions. Going to NFF in addition to QC. Also have a ticket to Dawes on Saturday night. I think that's everything - looking forward to it!

Updated OP ... refined some of the 'rules' as we have a lot of new folks this year. All good.
And super yay!! Saw the ortho foot doc today - no pins or surgery needed, the break IS healing!! If all stays on track I can start weaning off the boot about ten days before NFF! WOOHOO!! 'Might' even be able to drive again by NFF. YAY!!

3-Day Ticket No after shows Thursday afternoon arrival with a Monday morning departure.
Although I will have my car, I'd looooove to get in on a carpool so I can make love to my vagina vodka I'll offer my car, my gas, funds, etc to make sure it happens Gold Bond, I wouldn't plan on driving in with someone else unless to have your ride home figured out first. You won't be able to hop on public transport and I don't really know the taxi situation, but I am sure there aren't many and it'll get $$.
Fawn, I'd love to help you out with the food. I can even try my hand at a gluten free option or two. We can talk out of this thread, but are you planning chafing dishes? I'm glad that your foot is healing!!
