Night Programming Five evenings of landmark musical performances by new trailblazers, early pioneers of electronic music, and major headliners. 5 Days, 10 venues, over 100 artists including concerts, experimental performances, and new music showcases. Headliners announced in December, 2013 Night programming hours: Wednesday - Saturday: 7pm - 2am, Sunday 3pm - 6pm.
Since the festival ends on early on Sunday I could catch a late flight and only have to miss three days of work. Hmmmmmmmmm.

Movement announced part of their lineup. It's a month later but ran by the same people and Movement officially has a showcase at Moogfest, so some crossover would not surprise me at all.
"ANNOUNCING #?Moogfest 2014 #?Music Curators: Warp Records, DFA RECORDS, Fool's Gold Records, Ghostly International, Rvng Intl. & more to present music showcases over more than 10 venues"
I'm trying to come up with 10 venues and I can't. Could they just be counting the same venues over consecutive days?

Think converted spaces, i.e. art galleries.
I feel like it had been mentioned that they might be building a amphitheater near the Moog Music Factory, not sure where I saw that though. Also could be an outdoor stage similar to Moogfest 2011 given the time of year with this fest.

I was thinking there'd probably be an outdoor venue too. Maybe in that same parking lot. It'll be warmer in late April than in late October.
I'm starting to get a little worried by lack of gossip with the lineup dropping in just 2 days.
I think they are only announcing the headliners on the 19th, and they'll roll out the rest of the lineup periodically, but to your point there really isn't much to go on. I'm still really unsure about trying to grab a $200 ticket tomorrow or not...money is tight, but that price jump is brutal

With as little info as we have, I just can't get tickets at this time. They should have done something to create some more buzz and encourage early ticket sales.
I dunno. With Counterpoint the same weekend (and a cheaper option), I kinda feel like they don't have a lot of time to roll out the lineup. Not saying the 19th will be a lot, I'm just thinking they need to drop more than a few names.

From their facebook: "Without our next headliner, much of what you're going to see at #Moogfest 2014 would not exist. Find out who it is tomorrow…"

I got an email earlier from ticketmaster regarding tickets tomorrow. They had separate links for a music only pass ($199+fees) and conference only pass ($249+fees). I didn't recall seeing that split before, but I have not been paying as close of attention as I probably should.

Kraftwerk confirmed.
The Moog to Ralf's left is the same one pictured in the FB post with this post. It'd be a pretty big okey-doke at this point if it's not KW.
"Mike Adams and others at Moog Music are betting that plenty of people will want to come hear Laurie Anderson not just play but say what’s on her mind. Giorgio Moroder has an interesting perspective as a pioneer from disco to house music, from Donna Summer to Daft Punk."
