Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Thanks, maturin and Dave! We've emailed Laura, but haven't gotten a response yet...hoping that comes before tomorrow. I've got a note from the doctor, but no hang tag from the county clerk office. I've sent the form to the doctors office, but I'm not certain I will get it back before tomorrow. Hoping Laura has mercy on us!
My group will be leaving Cool Springs area at 5p Wednesday, so will probably head straight to Roo instead of hitting the Wal-Mart. At the site, look for our flag and be sure to stop by!!!
Just talked to Laura- Access opens when they open the gates for everyone- weather permitting. They had horrible winds and rain last few days...apparently the whole farm is a mud pit- be aware!!
Access Camping is nice and dry...I heard VIP got it bad...they are trying to clean up today... Our Access w/ power strips (CPAP) is not near them so shouldn't even be a concern!

In Manchester, hanging out at Beans Creek Winery until they start letting people in the gates. Can't wait to see y'all!
Buy some of the Bonnaroo wine...it is good!
To be totally honest, last year the person who parked us had no idea what the A placard was for. They just looked at my Handicap placard and moved us on in.
So I repeat, if you only have an A hanging from your mirror and no documentation or placard or emergency vehicle stuff, you might have a problem

Are you already here? Where are you set up?
No, I talked to a volunteer who got there yesterday

Between Pondo's comment about them not knowing what the A hang tags are for and this talk of Access filling up I'm stressing out! I'm on the list for a powered campsite, which makes me feel a little better, but...
Should I bring along my doctor's note and email from Laura just in case?

Quick update: when we got the news that the gates were opening we left the winery to get in line but were re-routed by some sheriff's deputies. Now we're on the highway 55 overpass that meets exit 111.
Big circle and we're still not moving. Oh well, at least we're close to where we started :/

To everyone who did camp in Access this year: what are your suggestions for improvements for next year? What aspects of Access did you really enjoy?
My fiance and I agreed that the single biggest improvement that could be made would be to put the Which stage access platform on the opposite side of the stage (closer to What) and make the back path that goes between the two main stages more accessible to wheelchairs. Fairly simple solution that would make a world of difference for those with mobility issues.
One thing we really enjoyed (not just this year but overall) was the awesome Access team headed by Laura Grunfeld. We really appreciate all that they do to make Bonnaroo accessible for EVERYONE!
it was our first bonnaroo, and we used the Access for my CPAP issues. I was pleased with how it all went except that when we pulled up for access parking we were directed to a place that was not ELECTRIC.. we had to specify more than once that we were to be plugged in and thankfully we hadnt set up camp yet.. so perhaps a mark next to the A that identifies us to a specific place where we are to be directed. otherwise, the Access crew was amazing! great first experience for us.
