I had a great time with KevBot and our reviews were similar. MMJ was great as always and I was really feeling Ryan Bingham's set as well. I couldn't stop yawning during Wilco (dodging stones) and Dylan was pretty good. We were on the rail for the first three sets and the first few Dylan songs. Then we stepped back and took a seat (It was completely GA, but gave the first floor wristbands) to give the Dylan fans a chance. Every single person we talked to was there for Dylan. I managed to get three Wilco set lists and we looked around for awhile for Wilco tshirts and such to give them away.. it was hard to find!
Dammit! I never get the setlist, yet here you were just passing them out!
Wow I can't believe those MMJ reviews. It wasn't the best MMJ show because they weren't headlining and didn't stretch out their songs as they usually do. But they still sounded immaculate in my opinion.
You have to consider the sources. One review basically said they were too loud and the other one complained that they were smoking the dr*gs.
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.

It is bad of me to smile and laugh when I see a review that says MMJ was not good because they were "too loud" and because they were basically high on the drugs. I was happy they were on CBS the other day, but honestly, I like to keep MMJ as OUR little secret. So please Dylan fan reviewers, keep those "too loud" reviews coming.
Damn - missed this by one show. But we did get to see MMJ play Don't Do It with Ryan Bingham.
Dylan didn't sound all that bad the other night. Even though the pit had cleared out to the point where my little guys could come down and see him up close, the cheers that erupted from those who stayed when Tangled Up In Blue and A Hard Rain started was kinda cool.
