How can these people argue with tax free improvements? I just don't get it.

But back to the topic of the thread and in regard to road improvements, I think paving the two main roads (Main St. & E. Broadway) on the property might be a great improvement as well.
Broadway runs from the temporary highway exit, past the clock tower and then the arch, out to a loading area on the east side of the property. Main street runs from the Bushy Branch entrance out to the backstage area. Paving these two roads would significantly cut down on dust and improve the flow of traffic for golf carts and utility vehicles in addition to making travel through parts of Centeroo easier for those in wheelchairs or with strollers or wagons (Main St. in Centeroo is the worst for wheels).
