Yeah- overall its a meh for me because i've seen Kanye twice within the last year. Pharrell is the highlight for me. I bought the $99 two day so I might just go one day and make my money back selling the other day online. Last year they had 36 artists so if anyone is left i wouldn't expect too much. I'm interested in seeing what they put out for LA
Gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed. We had to wait forever for a shitty lineup. I might feel different if I wasn't seeing Kanye at Roo, but other than Pharrell, this does nothing for me. Probably gonna sell my ticket.

Made in America is basically go rage at the EDM stage until Tiesto comes on and then go to the Main Stage for headliner. Repeat the next day and try not die of dehydration. If you arnt doing that, fell free to visit rappers playing other stages during the day. This lineup is perfect to fit that format. I dont know what people were expecting, but this is on par.
at 2nd look this is not as good as i thought and def doesnt top last year. im hoping to get like Pharell,Kanye, Spoon, Chromeo, Grimes, Cherub on the saem day so i can sell my other ticket
MIA is the not even close to a "rock/ish" festival. The biggest rockstar thats at the fest this year is probably Danny Brown. It just so happens that PJ and NIN worked those past two years schedule wise.
If anything im pissed The National and Aoki are billed so high. KoL I get even though im not excited about them, but The National is a snooze fest compared to Pharrell.

i didnt say it was a rock fest but there was more of it last year. Queens, Phoenix, NIN, Fitz (fits the idea), Haim, Gaslight, Imagine Dragons, Walk the Moon, and that enitre BMX stage was hard rock. not even close to the same this year right now
Lineup is better than what I was expecting - thank god Eminem isn't the rap headliner - but it definitely doesn't hold a candle to last year's lineup.
Still, if you're a huge Yeezy fan you can justify the $117 price tag alone based on the fact that pit tickets for his tour last year were upwards of $150 for every show. I'm pretty happy to see the National, Pharrell, Spoon, De La Soul, Danny Brown, and YG on the lineup.
Agreed about the Nas sentiment, pretty shocked he's not on there. Who knows, maybe he'll be a late addition or something
as a whole both lineups suck and so does MIA at everything they did. LA headliners are weak since Imagine Dragons headline nowhere else ever nor should they but their lineup is deeper for my tastes. i am mostl likely selling my ticket unless i get all the acts i like on the same day

Their website is updated with what I would imagine shows the acts for each day. Looks like i'll be heading down for day 2 of Phili. There has been day passes before correct?
