Kanye was horrible. He just ranted for half the show. Aoki is the worst thing I ever seen. The crowd was terrible as expected. On a plus side Pharrell, Chromeo, Tiesto, and Kings were good. AWOL surprised me. The rain kinda sucked but overall didnt ruin the last day. Big ups to the city for handling that and extending our curfew.
The Freedom Stage (EDM Stage) must of had half the volume it did last year. Between that and the crowd talkers (EVERYWHERE!) it was pretty much drowned out to just low bass and muffled lyrics/synths. Water was easy to get to this year, and again they didnt even search pockets, waist.
All in all if the lineup is that bad again I wont be going next year. It wasnt worth the hassle dealing with the asshole crowds and the last day was by far better then the first.
Another of my friends wound up going last second Sunday just so he could see Spoon, they played 2 songs and got thrown off cuz of the weather. I felt so bad for him haha.
man this year the crowd was even younger but there was less people and the new recycling system worked great for what i saw. got to see Cherub who was great and later saw Aoki but that set sucked compared to the one i saw last year. Kanye was garbage in Philly too, not enough classics and a horrible ending.
i was working in the Bud tent that was giving out free beer im sure i met or saw most of you.
Just watched the Mayer set. He tore up Watchtower and had a pretty great setlist for that fest. After the show he tweeted how disappointed he is that we live in an era where he can't just hop on stage with another act and play all night. Sounds like he's ready for Bonnaroo this year...

Just got home from the Philly MIA. I was actually impressed with the fest this year. Day one had tooooooo many young people. It was just fucked up 16 year olds all day acting all obnoxious. Day two was a much older crowd, though there were also a lot less people there on Sunday. I also liked the layout of the main stage and the liberty stage. It was really easy to get back and forth between those stages. The rain caused me to miss Spoon, but we made it back in time for Pharrell and Kings of Leon. Im actually happy about the whole evacuation because it was a noticeably smaller crowd for the rest of the night. Was able to catch: Bas, The Neighbourhood, City & Colour, J Cole, The National, Kanye, Bleachers, Kongos, YG, Awolnation, Grimes, Pharrell and Kings of Leon.
