Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I also recommend getting the national weather service's severe weather app. hopefully you don't have to use it, but it pops up alerts on any watches/warnings based on your GPS location.

Totally agree with the @bonnaroowx - I signed up for the text alerts and it was definitely handy because of the fact that cell service can be spotty and I don't want to have to wait for the page to load and use more battery. The alerts were on point.
Accuweather's extended forecast (for what it's worth) is saying 79-80 and mostly sunny Thurs-Sat and 78 with some rain on Sunday. I'd totally take that!
1karen1 is cuh-razy. no 90s temps! i promise you won't freeze with a nice 83 degree, partly cloudy day.
we slept in our vehicle last year so the sunday night rain was no prob.
People who sleep in their cars at festivals make me nervous. Please be careful.
2010 was the only time that the heat got to me. And only for about an hour on Saturday.
what worries you? CO poisoning? we don't turn the car on while we're sleeping in it (for our benefit and that of our friends in tents around us) but i will especially not do it this year to ease your mind!
we roll the windows down, pop the back, and use magnets to put screens over the open parts (though i really didn't notice many mosquitoes and such last year).

the possibility of a human BBQ is what makes me nervous.
Just something I've always stayed away from in years past.

I just looked this up as well...it would be the best Roo weather ever. I'm crossing my fingers

This is the exact same forecast we've had the last 2 years. Can't believe we'd get that lucky 3 years in a row.

two years ago was the only Bonnaroo I've been to. is it me?!
I've only been to Roo the past two years - I really don't have a clue about how overwhelming the heat can get, do I?
2010 and 2011 were very very hot. The last two years have been so nice-- I had to buy a blanket last year because I froze at night. A good happy medium would be nice but I have a feeling it's going to be pretty hot.

I'm definitely going to bring a hoodie and extra blanket this year. 2012 was so cold and wet that I actually got sick. I never thought I'd be able to see my breath at night at bonnaroo!
I could deal with spotty t-storms, as long as it's not torrential rain.
I disagree. I'm from the south, and those spotty afternoon showers that occur are anything but welcomed. Sure, it may cool off for the 20 minutes the clouds and rain hang overhead. But, as soon as it passes the temperature quickly rises, a hot steam rises from the ground, and it becomes even hard to breathe. Ahhh, nothing like 90+ degrees and 99% humidity.
Ideally there would be no rain. But I am a wierdo and I love the heat, so it really wouldn't bother me. But I hear ya. High temps are one thing, but add humidity.. no thanks!
Weather breakdown in the south. Its gonna be hot, and its gonna be humid get used to it! It could possibly rain/thunderstorm at any given moment and could last for 5 minutes, 30 minutes, or 2 hours but you will never know until the day of. Forecasts in the south are so unpredictable. Happens to me all the time that itll be supposed to rain all day..and you wont see a drop. Or youll drive 5 minutes and itll have gotten soaked when youre house got no rain at all!

Being that I live in Louisiana, I can vouch for this. I'd rather it just be hot and no rain than a quick 30 min shower.. because, once that quick shower is over with - the whole farm will become a quackin sauna.

i feel this weather is gonna be something brutal. I'm not good with humidity ha seriously thinking about throwing bandanas in the cooler every night...

We had one of those on Sunday last year, didn't even rain much. However, as soon as it was gone it got crazy humid for about 30 minutes. That was the most uncomfortable I was all weekend.

How do you sign up for the text alerts? I'm following the twitter account, but doubt I'll be actively reading twitter while on the farm.

Well I had text alerts last year but now it seems different. First you have to have mobile notifications turned of for @bonnaroowx (after you are following them). Then via your settings in Twitter - chose Mobile -> Tweets from people you've enabled for mobile notifications ->
But now I am wondering if they have changed their format because I don't want to receive text alerts from EVERYONE else I already receive mobile notifications for...I may turn it on and then if my phone starts to blow up with tweets I may have to stop it...
All of the DJ's surely have taken a lesson
Start talking trash and I'll come with my Smith and Wesson
