I see FlyLo playing Friday night late late late. Last time he was on the farm he played with only house lights, his 3 layers of Flying Lotus are pretty insane and his bass rattles your soul. So stoked to see him, just hope they don't put him up against someone else I really want to see.
So happy hes back! He's really the only artist thats making me buy a ticket to what I think is a pretty underwhelming lineup. I slept thru his set in '12 glad I get another chance to see him.
I am almost certainly going to be on the rail for this show, which I'm really excited about because I love FlyLo but I thought I was going to end up skipping him due to conflicts
I wanna get a good spot for Flylo but I don't want to miss Earth Wind and Fire. How packed was his set in 2012?
It wasn't too crazy. I sat in the back of the tent for Black Star and easily got right up to the front as soon as they were finished with their set. I expect to do the same thing this year and maybe I'll already be closer depending on who plays before.
As much as FlyLo is loved by die hard fans, his popularity hasn't exactly skyrocketed to the point where you'll need to worry about not being able to get a good spot. Especially with some of those other late nights floating around.

I believe he may be missed because of conflicts which is a shame.
The funny part is that I was almost certain I'd have to skip FlyLo due to conflicts, but with the latenights that they announced, I'm probably gonna be able to get rail for his show and I'm definitely gonna be on the rail if he performs before/after Run the Jewels in the same tent. I'll be bummed to miss EW&F and MMSW but I'd easily choose FlyLo and RTJ over those two, especially since I'll most likely get to groove to STS9 as the sun rises once FlyLo or RTJ finishes

I'm pretty sure I read a while ago that DOOM and FlyLo are doing a show/shows together in Europe somewhere... but I refuse to get my hopes up. Also track 16 on the announced track list >
This seems way to elaborate to be an April Fools Joke, although those are the best/worst ones. It would also just be downright cruel and out of character coming from 2 of the coolest cats in the business. Not that I know them personally or anything, but they seem like some pretty chill dudes.
The fact that they released a track (which is on the reported tracklist), and that they are doing a show together in London the week it is supposedly coming out makes me think it is actually happening. Also, FlyLo's tweet, and like garage said, if it is a joke they got a lot of media outlets to believe it. And yes, I am aware that my hopes are at maximum level and I may be in denial.

Because there was a track featuring El-P and Thom Yorke on the tracklist. Side note, I hate April Fool's Day in today's world because i'm too stupid/naive and believe everything that's on the internet

I didn't see the track list. That probably would have given it away. I thought it was real.
