A US flag bow tie over a French flag? Phoenix? Guetta played last year as did DJ Snake. Shit, shame on me but besides TrippyFreak band Gong I don't know any french shit.
So I pulled up a list of the Top 50 French DJs, gotta be Gesaffelstein.
Also could be Brassft Punk which is the American tie in to a french act.

Gesaffelstein would be a solid get. Coachella is supposed to be his last live show.
While the Fench/American flag clue hasn't been solved, it looks like Ghostface Killah of Wu Tang is the latest buklue. Also, according to the following site, Tribe will have two sets. I'm thinking it's just sloppy reporting since most bands put every day of a fest down on their schedule until it is released. If they are right, good for me. But I won't believe it until I see it. www.bassfeedsthesoul.squarespace.com/top-7-acts-to-catch-at-buku-2015
No. But Round 1 of the Buku Late Shows have been announced (email just received).
Friday at The Republic - Thomas Jack opening up for Flosstradamus + more TBA
Saturday at the Joy - STS9 + more TBA
Obviously I'll be at STS9 at the Joy provided I can stand at that point. I wonder if they are doing one free late night again if you have VIP this year?
Which is fairly cool. I dug some of the Clockwork set last year but the B2B with Baauer set was kind of just okay for me. A lot of people disagree with me on that. It's a solid addition, and I will catch some of the set. But they need more livetronica. psychedelic and Indy-instrumental. I was sure they would bring Break Science back with the live band, but it was only an unsubstantiated guess. I'm still hoping, and I've got enough to work with so far. But I want my freaky more bent toward Explosions in the Sky than say Empire of the Sun who could still be okay if way too pop. We will see. Bassnectar, STS9 x2, TV on the Radio, Rocky, Boosie, Portugal, Gramatik, Run the Jewels Zomboy, Odezsa, Bob Moses, Fredia and Floss are probably the sets I'm looking most forward to. They have reasonable adds along the way and usually have some quality shit in the 2nd announcement. But so far, excluding Tribe, this is probably my least favorite lineup of the last 3. I'm not hating, I'm being greedy.

Esteban you MUST see Die Antwoord. That'll be prolly one of the best shows of the weekend. For me at least. The RL grime add sealed the deal for my group and I.
I saw Die Antwoord at Voodoo 12 and I saw part of another show somewhere. My oldest 2 are split on them 180 degrees. I like them better live, so I will see them barring conflicts. We got Nas, Chance, Sleigh Bells, and Griz in last year's final. In 2013 we got Public Enemy, Sander, Flying Lotus and Action Bronson in the final announcement. Oh and I forgot we already got Ghostface Killah who isn't on the lineup yet. That should rule. But if the 15 adds are as good as 13 and 14, I will be happy.
Edit 2013 final came out 1/16, and 2014 came out end of January
Nothing spectacular, but Shout out to @raury for saying shit that needs to be said we all wish didn't need to be said. m.billboard.com/entry/view/id/112683
STS9 Late Night Show Ticket for Saturday @ The Joy purchased. It's going to be a bear getting to the Joy from Mardi Gras world, and hopefully there won't be a specific 12-2am set at Buku that I really wanted to see. But I doubt there would be anything (currently or added) that would trump Tribe. So I will see them Friday and Saturday. Buku looking up baby.
