Would be in for Saturday if I didn't grab tickets to one of Bjork's earlier shows. All of the other bands I really want to see are on Friday or Sunday, so it looks likes I'm probably out.
Here's hoping for full tour dates from Ratatat soon!

The Black Keys - Noel Gallagher - Tame Impala - War on Drugs - Flying Lotus.
And wouldnt ya know it Sunday is the only day I can attend this year...thank the festival gods!
You mistakenly put The Black Keys on your list.
Haha to each their own I guess. I'm a fan and I missed them on their last tour, so I'm excited.
Also to answer your question above - Mau5 and Bjork are not conflicting. Mau5 is closing out the main stage and at the same time Ryan Adams is closing the Honda stage.
I tried to synthesize the answers to get lineups for each day, here's what I got:
Friday - Drake, Decemberists, Florence, MMJ, Charlie XCX, St Vincent, Ratatat, Rudimental, Gorgon City, Twin Shadow, Death from Above 1979, Mo
Saturday - Deadmau5, Ryan Adams, Bjork, Conor Oberst, Flume, Marina and the Diamonds, Sharon Van Etten, Kiesza, Little Dragon, SBTRKT, Future Islands, Chromeo
Sunday - Black Keys, Lana Del Rey, Tame Impala, War on Drugs, Noel Gallagher, Big Gigantic, Flying Lotus, Weird Al, Hot Chip, Sturgill Simpson, A-Trak
Any additions?
Updated it a little for you
Updated a little more, if my searching was correct.

I can't tell what their tone was with that War on Drugs vs. Keys comment. Are they saying "you're good" as in good guess, or are they saying "you're good, don't worry you can see both"?
It just seems like a terrible pairing for them to play opposed. Wouldnt Lana Del Ray do better as the opposing headliner?

War on Drugs wont go against the Keys. The Keys will be closing out the day. They will go against another band/artist of similar stature but a different genre, which the War on Drugs are not. Don't get me wrong, I really like the War on Drugs but they are not at the arena level yet. They are a big club/theater band. They will probably perform late afternoon/early evening on whichever day they play.

That totally makes sense, and Govball for the most part has been good with this, but there have been some questionable pairings. Like when Damon Albarn got the brutal opposing-headliner spot against Outkast. For the most part Damon wouldnt be in the hip hop category but he did bring out De La Soul and Vic Mensa for a couple Gorillaz songs. But really that was unfair to put a small theater sized performer (in the US, at least) up against the biggest act at the whole weekend.
Also, Avett Brothers up against Kanye in 2013 was rough for them.

I love it when stuff like this happens. Last year at Bonnaroo there was nobody at Damon Albarn's set because everyone was off at Cage the Elephant or something. I would be pretty pumped for a small-crowd War on Drugs night set and I honestly think he was saying it was a good guess. Otherwise they would have just said "no" like they did for 50 other posts. I'm excited.
