I'm pretty pleased, overall. A little bummed about some bands that others have mentioned- Death Cab, St. Vincent, Ratatat. Gutted about Modest Mouse and Panda Bear.
However, stoked as hell for Spoon and Childish Gambino.
I'll have a blast anyways. Lots of new music for me to listen to!

Now that I really look at it, a lot of the names from line 7 down seem like something I'd expect lower at one of the top 4 fests in the US, but there isn't much filler at the bottom. I guess it's just me. Maybe I'm just not able to get really excited over festival lineups anymore. Still, I expect many conflicts since I enjoy at least 75% of these acts.

They have added what I considered to be quality acts before. 2013 polyphonic spree, empire of the sun 2012 Kenny Rogers, rodrigo y Gabriella 2011 NOFX, galactic, Allen Toussant 2010 ween 2009 public enemy, ani Difranco 2006 cypress hill 2004 ween, oatti smith group
Among others. I just googled bonnaroo artist additions and the year and got a lot of good information.

obviously there will be a heap of other artists announced. We know ones cofirmed prior to BLAM that aren't there.
I also saw multiple taylor swift announcements on instagram. enough of which, and by a wide enough variety of people, that it cant be fake. Im not a fan.. but ppl lose friendships with their bffs for lying about taytay so im just sayin.. you've all been warned.
Decent lineup for me. I'm thankful to have been clued in early about this weak top 4, softened the blow.
Most psyched about MMJ, Tears for Fears, and Earth Wind & Fire. Disappointed no Modest Mouse, Ryan Adams, or TV on the Radio. Those three would have bumped it up a few notches.

I'm loving this lineup. I'm scared of additions because I'm already seeing conflict headaches like crazy. I have a feeling Slayer is either going to conflict with My Morning Jacket, a New Basement Tapes Superjam, possibly with Tears for Fears in there to give me the Superjam/Weird Al/Billy Idol clustermess I had in 2013 (Jim James wins any of those conflicts, but still....)
It's a solid lineup and I know I will have a good time but when you're expecting names like Modest Mouse, Weezer, The Decemberists, Ryan Adams, Tame Impala, The Weeknd, Alt J, Fka twigs, future islands, Ratatat, hot chip and the fact you got trolled with Primus and Jimmy Fallon and the Roots it's hard to not feel a little let down. But I know I will have fun. I am just shocked by how highly billed some acts are. Give me a few minutes and I will accept it.

FKA Twigs is honestly the huge omission for me. Everyone else I'd like to see but can live without (Weezer, Modest Mouse) or have seen before (Alt J, Tame Impala, Ratatat)...
But FKA Twigs, man. I've been bumping her shit all year. Really would've liked the farm to have that experience.

ouch...this is the weakest lineup I can remember (have gone every year since 2008). Will still be on the farm with work but I'd be feeling salty right now if I'd paid for tickets

this is completely how I feel, but yeah it's going to be a blast.
Not terrible but they're not batting hard for my dollar. Almost nothing as far as r&b and pop go
Really bummed about D'angelo. And i feel ?uestlove should be there every year. The funk is severely lacking as well. I've given up on them getting a decent reggae act
Still I like almost everything after the first line

I hate to be a Negative Nancy, but after such a strong lineup in 2014, this is a big letdown. There are definitely some unique gets on the undercard (Belle & Sebastian, Tears For Fears, and Earth, Wind & Fire to name a few), but for me this doesn't justify the cost of a ticket nor a 15-hour drive. Anyways, I hope that everyone who ends up going this year has a great time! Maybe I'll see you in 2016?

I already didn't like the headliners, but now that DEADMAU5 is the #3, I'm really glad I'm taking this year off... I couldn't be a part of that in good conscience.
