Mumford was great. Tbh their new songs fall kinda flat, but their old stuff is still on point. One of the best concerts I've seen this year. And the Flaming Lips were pretty good too. I don't care for their music but they sure were entertaining.

I wasnt even a big fan of Believe or much of the new album but Believe was one of the highlights of the show for me. Actually really took me by surprise. Camping on the beach was awesome. Was really surpised how quiet the camprgrounds were after like 11pm. Not many people partying at all. We had a good time though and for the price we paid couldnt beat that for a weekend away.
Those are some awesome pics. Ypu must have been damn close. We were way back for Flips and Mumford and there was still a sea of people behind us.
Thanks; I was about halfway between the soundboard and the stage. I got there early in the day for the Maccabees and only left once over the course of the day. Very worth it. =)
Sorry about the lousy intel. Hope everyone who went still had a fun time.
Yep - no worries. Drank rum buckets at Spicy's after the show. Still cheaper than the $9 beers on the beach.
Saturday was really weird, no bag checks, no security hassles to really speak of - I saw people bringing 30 packs straight on to the beach uncovered and pounding them.
The most annoying thing was that no one could tell me where the free water stations they referenced were at - one of the workers even said the free water was the stations in the portajohns where you clean your hands. So we ended up buying lots of $3 bottles of water to be drank in between beers.
