I have taken highway-111 the past three years and left at the same time all three year and I have never had to wait in traffic except at the gate. Highway 111 turns into 27 or 70 or somethin, but you just have to follow the signs its real simple, and i have seen people sitting at exits on I-40 selling roo'ers maps of this route
