Still debating if I should take a breather on Friday late night, but in for J. Roddy Walston and EITS. Really would like to get Parquet Courts in, but I feel they'll be a bit easier to get tickets for in the future.

God damn i'm teetering on if I should buy a ticket for Foals/SSP or not. Look's like a great venue. But i'm looking at around $65 after conversion from US to CAD

I'm with you on this one. I'll be skipping the Foals and Silversun Pickup set at the festival, since they'll be at both WayHome and Osheaga, but I can't help but feel like Foals is a band worth seeing as many times as possible live considering where they fall on the Glastonbury lineup.

Thaaaat's exactly my thought. So you're going to WH and Oshie as well? I just figure it'll help with a conflict at one of those. Otherwise it's hard to get some of friends to hustle from set to set. None of them are familiar with Foals either, which makes it harder as well.

I saw Foals a few years ago, before I really knew their music, and it made me a fan. I'll get them at SK and at Osheaga. But I don't think I can handle the late-nights. I get to the fest when it opens and go hard all day. I tried an Interpol aftershow at Osheaga last year and it completely threw me off the next day.

I figured I'd make a week out of it with WayHome and Osheaga, but the Foals late night is definitely a good way to eliminate some potential conflicts. One thing I've learned is that I never manage to make it to quite as many shows at the actual festival as I plan to, so knowing my impulsive self I'll grab a ticket I'm sure.

Wow. I literally had the exact same experience. By the time I made it to Metropolis for Interpol I was gassed. Me and my buddy just leaned against the bar on the second level and took in the show. Still enjoyed it even though I couldn't feel my feet
I got Beach Slang for Friday. For Saturday, going to try to do Disappears at the Variety and then haul over to Parquet Courts at the Earl, so I have tickets to both shows.
I bought presale tickets the moment they went on sale. Yet here I am entering every single Shaky Knees ticket contest.
Would I like a drum head signed by Hop Along? Sure, sounds great. But I'd like to go to this thing for free even more.
haha. I had something similar. The lady friend had stated explicitly that I was going to get tickets for my birthday, but I still entered the early bird contest anyway.

It's just a healthy and robust fiscal strategy.
It says the winner will be notified by Friday April 11th...which is not a thing, since today is Monday Apr 11th
