I've only been really extensively going to shows for the past four years or so so there aren't many bands that I've seen multiple times, but I thought it'd be interesting to see which bands you all have seen the most.
1. Mumford and Sons (5) 2. Alt-J, Twenty One Pilots (4) 3. The Avett Brothers, Flying Lotus, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Circa Survive (3)

Umphreys McGee 14 My morning jacket 7 Dopapod 3 The werks 3 Widespread panic 3 Moon taxi 3 Avett brothers 3 a bunch of bands twice that I wont name off. I'm sure I'm forgetting a bunch too. I'll edit once my brain starts working.
Edit: Primus 3 String cheese incident 3 Govt Mule 4
Tool - 6 The Mars Volta - 6 (maybe 5, I'd have to go back and look at tour dates/ticket stubs. But if you start including other Omar and Cedric projects, probably closing in on 10.) Mastodon - 4 Animal Collective - 3 Puscifer - 3 Flying Lotus - 3 Thee Oh Sees - 3
Probably a few others 3 times, and tons twice. Can't really think of any others I've seen 4 or more times.
Lucius (7) The Lone Bellow (6) The Districts (5) Lake Street Dive (5) Jack White (4) Courtney Barnett (4) Dawes (4) Of Monsters and Men (4) The Head and the Heart (4)

Pearl Jam - 24 (really want #25 to be on the farm) Umphreys - 9 Wilco - 9 Neil - 8 with #9 next month My Morning Jacket - 7 Kaskade - 6 Skrillex - 6 Bassnectar - 5 Black Keys - 5 DMB - 5 Pretty Lights - 5
Kings of Leon, I think 8 or 9, I feel like they opened for Pearl Jam a lot plus festivals. Also there are probably a few more in the 3-5 range that I've seen only at festivals and just can't think of.
Ekoostik Hookah- 15 (16 on Friday, they're a small jam band who has their own festival every memorial and labor day weekend, I went to a lot of Hookahvilles) Gov't Mule- 6 Lotus, Taking Back Sunday - both at least 5 Blink 182, Pretty Lights, Les Claypool/Primus- 4 Paul McCartney - 3 (soon to be 4!)
There are a bunch of smaller, jammier bands that I know I've seen a bunch without even trying just because they pop up on festival line ups, I just can't think of any of them. I feel like I've seen Gramatik like 5 times or so... but I'm not sure.
I'm sure there is some easy way to make my Excel sheet tell how many times I've seen everyone, but I don't know what it is. MMJ, Calexico, Sergio Mendoza y La Orkesta and Dr Dog are my top 4 I'm guessing
I probably saw Roy Acuff perform 50 or 60 times. When I was little, he use to perform a noon show at Opryland (a defunct amusement park in Nashville). I always made my mother take me to hear him do the choo-choo (train) sounds while performing the Walbash Cannonball song.
MMJ and Wilco are well into double digits and probably top the list of who I have seen most. I tend to go through phases with seeing bands. Like when Run The Jewels dropped, I saw them 4 times that year ( all within a few weeks of each other).
I've kinda put on the emergency brake with shows and festivals the past two years though. Maybe next year might be different.
