Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.

I have an extra Friday only. Figured I'd offer to Inforoo members before I try to transfer or sell or whatever. I also have a kids ticket for Friday. That one is free for a fellow parent trying to bring a child. See everybody there!
Excited for Friday I bought my parking pass today, and used some of my vouchers to get the cost down a bit. I'll be on the lookout for the Inforoo crew - I'll be the bald guy with a beard and a Newport Folk shirt lol
I'll most likely be hanging out at the Fort Stage for Amasa Hines, The Staves, St. Paul & the Broken Bones and the beginning of the Violent Femmes set. After that it gets a little hectic - I'd like to see a little of Case/Lang/Veirs, but I don't know how realistic that is as I'd really like to see a good amount of Ray Lamontagne before I go to The Arcs
Edit: I might check out Mariachi Flor De Tolache in the museum in between The Staves and St. Paul & the Broken Bones, as I haven't been inside the museum stage before and it would be pretty cool

Full poster released. Definitely buying. As long as it's not $50 like the Dead & Co. one at Fenway
Hey, don't mind me just a lurker finally popping in to say hello. These are amazing and also will probably be sold out before i get to RI on Saturday. If some kind soul were to pick up an extra one I would be more than willing to help pay for yours as a thank-you!

Saw Margo Price and Brandi Carlile in Buffalo last night at Asbury Hall.
Brandi was fantastic, but Margo blew me away. Extremely bummed her and Nathaniel Rateliff have overlap so much in the schedule.
I looooove Asbury Hall. Such a beautiful venue. Saw Neutral Milk Hotel there last April.
Yup, that was a great show too!
She took full advantage of the venue. Midway through the set the entire band stepped to the edge of the stage and performed an unplugged version of Beginning to Feel the Years. It was absolutely amazing.
At the end of the encore she had them turn out all of the lights and then sang Amazing Grace by herself before leading the crowd to join in.
Great night all around! (Though the a/c wasn't working )
So I don't have any after show tickets, what other stuff is there to do in town after?
Sleep.
But seriously, this festival takes a lot out of you because the gates open at 10, music starts at 11 and it's usually pretty hot. There's a reason this is only my first aftershow in 5 years. It's pretty difficult to do stuff at night after a full day like that.

This man speaks the truth - although the weather is looking a little cooler than this past week has been:
Thank the lord, it was SO HOT last weekend at Fenway for the Dead & Company shows - Friday being the hotter of the two days. By the end of the night I was exhausted - hotter weather takes a lot out of you.

I'm pretty sure they save some for each day.
Will look as soon as we get there friday and try to get one for you.
I always end up walking by these inforoo get togethers, seeing people who seem like BFFs, and then slowly creeping away.
Went to find the first QC pic to show ya'll but dont have quite that far back on this 'puter. You'd get a kick. When we first got together it was the New England Inforoo meet up. As i recall there were 8 of us, very few knew each other. This one knew that one, that one knew the other one, and so on. And yet it was not all that awkward. The music always bridges the social anxiety gaps. I'm probably the most socially anxious of all outside of work, that's why i host QC. I can get liquored up and have to go wash dishes or take out the garbage when i dont know what else to do. The QC of today came about because LD said that first year - we should do that at NFF time next year. Turned out to be a really good thing.
Please don't let appearances stop you from joining in, stopping by, hanging out. That's how the group grows. Most don't bite. bonzai may a little but most don't seem to mind.
