Also, looks like it'll be in the 60's and 70's during the day and around the 40's at night with rain on Thursday and maybe Friday AM, but clear skies after that. Wear something warm as the wind has been righteous of late.

You guys. I'm so excited. I'm too excited to even pack. How am I going to concentrate at work tomorrow, much less drive through this shitty rain for 8 hours?? I can't wait to see you all!!
Today's the day! I'm hoping to leave here, Chattanooga, around 4:00 and get up there by 6:30, which will put me just in time for the JLA concert. Today is the last day before Spring Break, so both the kids and I are really antsy. I'm so excited.

We wish him all the best and plan to celebrate his enduring legacy through our weekend of musical exploration. == For several years, Tony Conrad has been fighting prostate cancer, all the while continuing to perform at the top of his abilities. Tony was unexpectedly hospitalized last week with pneumonia, and this has made it impossible for him to travel to and perform at the Big Ears Festival - doing so would be a potentially life-threatening prospect. Tony held out until the last possible moment to make this difficult decision with support and guidance from his family and physicians. He will be working hard on his recovery, building his health back up in his home. The performance of Tony Conrad's 'Amplified Drone Strings' and the Tony Conrad film program will continue as planned. The Friday night performance of 'Outside the Dream Syndicate' will be a unique celebration of the original 'Outside the Dream Syndicate' music presented by Faust (Jean-Hervé Péron & Zappi W. Diermaier) joined by Tony Conrad's Amplified Drone String musicians and a special guest.
