I hope they turn Martin Garrix's sound down, it was kind of annoying to hear Kaskade during Macca last year.
Although the thought of Martin Garrix dropping Animals in the middle of True Love Waits sounds hilarious.
That was a concern I had, especially with how soft sounding much of the new album is. Is sound bleed usually an issue? If so, does it only really affect you if you are toward the back of the crowd?

I've never had an issue.
It was bad last year during Macca's set. When he played Blackbird you could hear the Perry's set.

Any good undercard recommendations for early in the day Friday? I want to be camping for Radiohead by the time Foals starts at 4, but I'd love something to fill the space between Con Brio and there.

Lewis Del Mar has kind of an Alt J thing going on. The production is incredibly lackluster (especially in the vocals) but they have some songwriting skills. I think they have a lot of potential and would like to embrace the off-kilternes of the few songs I have heard.

Well, the bass anyway.
Yup, my gf and I were in the front half of the crowd to the right and could hear Kaskade's bass every so often. They seemed to turn it down after McCartney complained, but the fact that it happened is crazy to me.

Any recommendations on what to see early Saturday? I am empty until 4 with the Big Grams /Nothing / Leon Bridges conflict (probably going with Nothing)

I'll probably be at Chairlift and then The Joy Formidable.
Also, I'm talking to a guy on air bnb and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna rent one of his rooms with a friend of mine and I'm getting so excited!!

I don't know a lot of the bands either, but like Fore said Chairlift is pretty good. The only act I'm 100% sure that I'll be at right now is Baio, he's the bassist for Vampire Weekend. Also, I think Marshmello would be really fun, if you like EDM.

Baio and Tory Lanez would be cool.
Yeah I was planning on going to Tory Lanez if nothing else was happening so I'll hit that up, Chairlift didn't catch my attention too much but I'll relisten later.
Can't wait to see what the deal is with after shows
Same here. I'd like to go to at least couple of shows if I can grab tickets.
Yeah, the trick is I don't really foresee them having too many shows that I'm REALLY interested in. But, only time will tell. I'm hoping for one hip hop show: Skepta, Die Antwoord, Big Grams, Danny Brown, or Vince Staples would all make me happy and then one EDM or rock show: Hiautus Kayote, M83, Grimes, TLSP, Wavves/Modern Baseball/FIDLAR, or maybe an act that isn't on the lineup

I don't know why no one has mentioned Front Bottoms, you need to see any good rock that's available lol. They play right before Big Grams on the stage not to far away from where Big Grams are.

I've seen a lot of the undercard bands on Friday, so I'm just gonna bounce back and forth from lake shore and Samsung until I see the crowd not move after a set: then I know to stay for Radiohead. The only band that matters on Friday, oh and Foals.

Come onnnnn... Foals, M83, and Radiohead all matter. BUT, Radiohead is the main reason that the other two matter
