If Lolla booked LCD than would it be safe to assume GnR are out? I can't see Lolla sharing two headliners with Coachella, even if they are rare and reunions.

Would C3 drop another multi-million dollar offer like AEG? I don't think so. Hell Black Sabbath was on Bud Light, so was Nine Inch Nails. I could see them on Bud Light 5 or 6 on bill, but no way they get Samsung which is why I don't see them playing Lolla, despite not playing P4K.
Doing Lolla this year as my brother just moved to Chicago and we've always wanted to go. Any tips for the fest?
Here's how I now do Lolla. Save $$ for Lolla. About 7 weeks before Lolla get in car and hop on I65 to Nashville. Get on I24 east and turn off at Roo exit. Spend Lolla money for next 4 days. Go home and save for next year.
Hahaha this is great. I know, work won't allow me to get to Roo this year. Thanks for the laugh though. I'll get back to Roo one year.
You may want to consider just doing one or two days of the fest and then more after shows.
Does the fest stink?
Eh, kinda. The main issue is that the park is huge, so it's hard to bounce around and see lots of stuff. City fests also draw a younger, drunker crowd than camping fests. It's fun for what it is though. There are always a few great late shows at small venues, and if they pull some headliners you like you'll have a great time.
The crowd is pretty awful, although a lot of the awfulness is contained at Perry's. If you go in knowing that it's a little easier to deal with, I think.
According to Facebook, they're announcing the lineup (or at least announcing when they'll announce it) next month.
Considering in Dec they said they were having 4 days, and we just saw that price hike.....they are not dropping a lineup next month on short notice. Should be at the end of March just like last year.
