Friday: -Fingers crossed Fly Lo and M83 don't conflict. Though, if they do I'll be seeing M83 because I've already seen FlyLo as recently as December. -M83>RH on the Samsung would be real nice. -Die Antwoord > M83 > RH would be even nicer.
Saturday: -Def where they decided to throw just about everyone hip-hop. Which hopefully doesn't create a clusterfuck of a scheduling conflict for me. -Who is going to lead into Kendrick? Cage > Kendrick feels weird... probable, but weird. -Could I get so lucky as Gallant > Anderson .Paak > LL Cool J > Schoolboy Q > Kendrick?
-I really hope they don't do Haim > Mumford, which they probably will. Because that means that I have to pick between a good spot for LCD over seeing Haim.
-Other than that, I doubt I'll have any conflicts on this day. It's pretty light for me. So unless they take the 5 bands I really want to see that day and put them all in the same time slot, I should be fine.

Sunday: LCD < Willie < Nathaniel Rateliff/Miike Snow < Bob Moses/St Paul < Crystal Fighters/ Pete Yorn < Break Science < Wild Belle < Haelos < July Talk < whatever < WESLEY BRAY AND THE DISCIPLES OF MOTHERFUCKIN JOY

Saturday
Looks like Friday is your only trouble day.
Yea, I totally fuckard that up the first time. I accidently hit post quick reply, instead of regular reply to go to the whole edit box. lol... WHOOOOOPS!
Friday - RADIOHEAD - obv. I cannot wait for Thom to gets PISSED about Major Lazer being too loud on the other side of the park. When Atoms For Peace was opposite Lionel Richie in 2013, Thom kept yelling at the engineers to turn them up louder because you could hear Lionel jammin' all night long in the distance. FOALS - solely because of all the rage folks from Hangout made of them. DIE ANTWOORD - gotta see the trainwreck, and ninjawreck, jumping into the crowd. FLYING LOTUS - saw him at Day For Night, he's hilarious and fun, probably one of the few DJs I would tolerate standing in a crowd for. BANKS/STEELZ - such an interesting collaboration, can't miss what they come up with. CHAIRLIFT - enjoyed their first album a lot, have not heard their new stuff yet... RAURY - his appearance on Colbert was enough for me to check him out live.
Saturday - KENDRICK - seen him twice already, but his competition of Chainsmokers and Kygo (fuckin' really?) isn't really going to entice me LL COOL J - must see the legend. don't call it a comeback. ANDERSON.PAAK - another from the word-of-mouth live shows, along with Foals. CONOR OBERST - one of these genres is not like the others.
Sunday - LCD - I'm really not a fan, but the ladyfriend has become one. Thankfully she hates Mumford (I picked the right gal) WILLIE - MUST see the legend. It's gonna suck when they put him on the Austin Ventures stage and the crowd is overpacked, AND he'll probably be just before LCD HAIM - had a chance at ACL 2013, but missed them. They've shot way up in 3 years, gotta see them before the hit the top. BOB MOSES - lady digs them a lot, I think they're solid. THE BROKEN BONES - saw them in Memphis 2014, they can play, I'm always a sucker the a horns section, and St. Paul gets lively. THE NIGHT SWEATS - that one song I heard is alright.

I think M83 into Radiohead is pretty likely based on their placing on the by-day lineups.
I would honestly bet that they put Schoolboy as a pre-headliner for Kendrick, much like they did for ASAP - Drake. Makes sense with the lineup placement + I think that both Chainsmokers and Cage are likely to closeout the secondary stages. Doubtful that you get LL Cool J in there too though.
I actually see HAIM as another act that's likely to headline a secondary stage. I also see it equally likely for them to pre-headling for LCD as it is for them to pre-headline for Mumford. Willie/Stapleton will either headline a secondary stage or pre-headline at Samsung for Mumford.

Rothric........
I don't know about the last-minute saies on Craigslist, etc. never checked, cause I always have a wristband. But....
If you wait till fest day, there are a TON for sale on Barton Springs Drive along your walk there. Yes, a lot are scalpers(get cheaper as day progresses, but starts WAY over selling price. last year, they offered me $400 for my $250 wristband walking in on Friday......)
But, there are also a lot of peeps down there just looking to dump there wristband, cause something came up,etc, and they only ask selling price for it.....
That depends on where you're flying from. I'd say it's average? But again, it entirely depends on where you're flying from.
There's Priceline.com ya know.
I've never heard Austin being an expensive place to fly into. I flew to Florida and back for $100, but I know flights to Minneapolis can be $500 randomly, so there are major variables that we probably don't know about.

My flight to Columbus during spring break this year was $400/rt. But It was only that "cheap" because I specifically picked the cheapest days that were doable. Otherwise it was in the $600/rt range. Granted, this was during SXSW, but I was flying OUT of the city...

My first statement was directed at Mollymucher, fyi
But that's a heck of a time to fly out. It's interesting the way some cities are super expensive and supercharged.
