I do not understand this at all. It's 7 months away and they're going to release their lineup?? This festival season is going to be strange. It's like all the smaller festivals are trying to compete with each other by releasing early.
Florence + the Machine - The National - Miley Cyrus w/ The Flaming Lips
Eh, I'd take it.
Really, all I need is 1.5 headliners I'd enjoy and a better-than-average undercard to get me to make the 100 mile journey for a weekend away. Florence is unlikely with her tour dates, though.
Are Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros going to be active in 2016? Their website doesn't list anything, but I've always thought they'd be a great act for this festival.

I'll go with Florence + The Machine - The National - Alabama Shakes ....
I think Animal Collective is likely since they cancelled a couple of years ago, also would not be surprised if Mumford is on that top line.... other bands I think make sense based on the past and ACE bookings:
HAIM Walk the Moon Moon Taxi Big Grams (Big Boi has played Forecastle 3 times I think)
If I never see Pretty Lights again it'll be too soon. Avett Brothers are fine but have gone steadily downhill and I've already seen them multiple times as well. Haven't seen The National but I only love about 5 songs by them. So please not this.
Alabama Shakes seem like a definite since they're at Hangout. Animal Collective would be great.
I really want Phish and Tame Impala in like the #5 spot. Is that too much to ask?
Phish/Kendrick Lamar/Kings of Leon/Alabama Shakes/Tame Impala/Animal Collective
probably asking too much.
if anything Phish/ The Avett Brothers/ Alabama Shakes
What is capacity?..25-30k? Phish would probably sell it out day one....which would be a good reason to go ahead and release it...but I doubt they'll be there...Haven't they only played Bonnaroo, Jazz Fest & ACL?

I dunno about Mumford. They're playing across north and south america throughout April, then Europ till late May, then back here for 2 shows in June, then back to London for Hyde Park on July 8. Just seems like an awful lot of crisscrossing the ocean for one spring/summer.
I'm hoping for Sleater-Kinney to continue their current reunion and do some festivals next summer. I caught them last night and was blown away.
