As far as covers go, I would love to hear their cover of Imagine by John Lennon. I'd take Comfortably Numb as that is one of my favorite songs of all time.

Saw them in Pittsburgh opening the Lightning Bolt tour. Porch was a highlight of the evening. As part of the stage setup there were these giant globe lights that hung from the top of the stage that Eddie jumped on and started swinging around. Hail, Hail and Rearview Mirror were also top notch stuff. Ill also never forget seing a dude 3 rows in front of me pass microdot down his whole row and this guy in the row (60+) took it and had the best quacking time, haha.
There set in 2008 was unreal...I can't wait to see if they can top it
I missed the 08 show, but Pearl Jam are the reason I first heard the words "Bonnaroo". Living in rural Ontario doesn't always provide the hippest music festival access. (My parents got rid of dial up three (3!!!!!) months ago.) In grade seven I wrote my class speech on PJ. And the show in Toronto will be my 10th (I had a slow start compared to some other diehards) making Roo 11. I'm just in disbelief still, absolutely deliriously, head swimmingly blissed the fuck out.
Previously, I have avoided listening/watching any of the 08 footage, but with my Ten Club membership I receive a free bootleg a year...and I FINALLY downloaded the Bonnaroo set. Donning my headphones and settling in now.

Band of Horses will be at Roo. They opened for PJ a few years ago at MSG. PJ played a rare Hungerstrike with BOH singer doing Cornell's parts. Just sayin!

Entered 10 Club lottery for Lexington. Fingers crossed
Good luck! Numbers for Lexington are look better than most. I'm really worried about msg, been looking at other cities to try and increase my odds. But thinking about sitting this one out entirely and just focusing on Fenway and/or Wrigiley.
I'm aiming for Philly. Any pointers for getting decent tickets? I posted this in upcoming shows. Any advice will help.

No. I would have joined if I even knew about it. Pretty bummed. I think I'm gonna join in the future. That's why I'm asking for advice on how to get tickets. If I join now it's too late for this tour. Side note: does Radiohead have a similar club I should join?
Made it into the PJ pit in 2008 and I got in line during Jack Johnson. Granted, other than Kanye, that pit line was the craziest thing I've ever seen at Roo. First time I've ever moved several dozen yards without moving my feet. So crammed in there that you couldn't even raise your arms. Good times!
